Tiled floors feature in every room, and the bedrooms, one of which is downstairs, are air-conditioned for added comfort. The same tone is maintained in the farmhouse style kitchen, which is superbly equipped and has doors leading to the paved terrace running around the house. Another set of doors from the sitting room link to the garden, which houses the very small pool area to the rear, bordered by the terrace, neat lawns and low hedgerows. When you want to cater for yourself, there is a barbecue and compact covered terrace, which provides the perfect shady spot to enjoy your culinary efforts.
A good quality, peaceful and convenient base just a short drive from the amenities of Vilamoura and sandy Falesia beach.

- On periods with flexible arrival day, we try not leave too many empty days between bookings so we recommend check the availability with us before placing a booking.
- On periods where a specific check-in day is required, the booking must be multiple of weeks, which means the check-out day should be the same. For example, if you arrive on a Saturday, you should also choose a Saturday as your check-out day.

House rules and suitability:
- The owners of our accommodations do not allow bookings for groups youngsters or groups made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender. We reserve the right of declining and cancel this sort of bookings without refund.
- Events and parties are forbidden.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking outside only.
