- On periods with flexible arrival day, we try not leave too many empty days between bookings so we recommend check the availability with us before placing a booking.
- On periods where a specific check-in day is required, the booking must be multiple of weeks, which means the check-out day should be the same. For example, if you arrive on a Saturday, you should also choose a Saturday as your check-out day.
House rules and suitability:
- The owners of our accommodations do not allow bookings for groups youngsters or groups made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender. We reserve the right of declining and cancel this sort of bookings without refund.
- Events and parties are forbidden.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking outside only.

Wow, the pictures do not do this lovely villa justice, exceeded our expectations and excellent value!
Wonderful stay, spotlessly clean, excellent communication from Paulo from start to finish. The best feature is the beautiful pool and garden, shame about the weather but the pool got plenty of use considering.
I think we may have been the first let this year as it did smell when we first arrived but once we aired the villa after a few days this subsided all ready for the next guests.
100% highly recommend and intend to stay again, thank you Click Stay/Paulo.

Second year here and yet again great, husband had to go to hospital at the end of our holiday and rang to ask if we could have a little more time in villa and the contact was very helpful! Hope to come back this year 😊

Myself and partner stayed here for the half term week in October with our two daughters, everything was so easy and our point of contact Paulo was so helpful and arranged airport transfers, along with this we hired a car which was at the property when we arrived at 12am and the keys were delivered to us the next morning! The Villa was exactly as the pictures showed which was brilliant, very clean and spacious, i read a couple of reviews that said the pool was a bit cold and yes it was a bit chilly but we were expecting this as it doesn't state that its heated and once your in its good we made full use of it for hours each day, there was also mention of dogs barking, we heard them a couple of times but its at the front of the house but was never a bother. the villa is close to a couple of local spars and the marina and old village are very close, it states that a car would be best but there is a little train that runs around Villamoura which takes you to the beach, the local shops, and the old village and the closest stop is at the Hilton Hotel which is in easy walking distance about 10 minutes! all in all this villa was great value for money and after not being away for 8yrs and never booking a Villa i would defiantly do it again and would 100% stay here again. Had s great stay at this property, clean, quiet, check in fantastic and allowed us to drop out bags off early at the property as we arrived on an early flight. Great location and nice and quiet. Pool heating would be a major bonus as we went in October but fantastic bslue for the money paid. Will certainly consider in the future.

Review #17919986 “Charming family holiday villa” Exceptional Villa - better than imagined ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic time at the villa, it is so well appointed, the sun shone on the pool all day. The villa was very well stocked and had absolutely everything needed for a great stay and was very comfortable. We will be booking for next year. We hired a car due to being just a bit outside of the main area of Vilamoura and driving on the other side was no problem. The marina is only a 10 min drive and has some great restaurants and a spar is only a few minutes down the road. Pool Staff and Cleaning Staff attended to the property whilst we were there and did an excellent job. “Charming family holiday villa” Excellent ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself my partner and 3 small boys stayed at this villa and it was perfect for us . there was a large garden to the front and a beautiful swimming pool at the back which gave the kids lots of room play and run around . the house inside was decorated to a high standard and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need . The pictures of the bathrooms do not match what is in the house as they has been redone . the bathrooms were like something from a 5 star hotel . We did have one incident where the pipe from the dishwasher broke and leaked water into the kitchen but with one call the agent had someone in the house within half an hour and it was fixed with absolutely no fuss , which was fantastic . the area is nice and quite and night and there a cleaning service which came twice during the week we stayed there who were quick and efficient and very friendly . We will definitely be renting this villa again and would recommend it to anyone .

Guests that stayed in September/2012: Overall we throughly enjoyed the villa, it was comfortable, spacious, lovely location and the pool and garden very nice. The listing was accurate, very clean and we recieved excellent service of the maid during our stay. The only little downsides, the beds are a little hard and also there are a few large dogs in the area that are very noisy at times. But overall I would book again and also recommend to friends. Thanks
