Location, Location, Location.
Located in a quiet rural location just a few minutes drive from Sao Martinho do Porto and Nazare within walking distance to the cliff tops and beaches.
Less than an hours drive from Lisbon and the airport and with public transport to the centre of Lisbon so you don’t need to take the car with the hassles of traffic and parking.
It is an ideal location to take day trips to explore, Lisbon, the palaces of Sintra, the medieval castle of Obidos, the Obidos lagoon and Foz do Arelho, the gigantic waves of Nazare, historic Alcobaca, Aveiro the Venice of Portugal, Porto, Coimbra, Tomar, these are just a few places to visit, there are many more.
The detached and fully walled gated villa is just 3 years old and has 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs both en-suite, both have patio door access to a wrap around sun terrace. On the ground floor is a 3rd bedroom and a family bathroom. Open plan lounge, diner, kitchen with patio doors on two sides to the garden, BBQ and pool area. All windows and doors have electric shutters, all rooms have air conditioning/heat.
It is located in a tiny hamlet called Venda Nova about 5 minutes drive from Sao Martinho do Porto which is delightful town on an amazing semi-circular bay. There are a couple of restaurants within 1.5 km walk and 30 plus restaurants within 5 minutes drive. The closest beach is Salgado, it is huge and one can walk to it in about 15 minutes or drive in under 5 minutes. There is traditional market and an Intermarche 5 minutes away, and the big box stores in Caldas da Rainha at 15 minutes.

The detached villa was constructed in 2019 to a very high standard and completely refurnished and equipped summer 2022.
There is a carport with electric gates and abundant off street parking for 5 cars

★★★★★ Silver Coast Experience We recently spent one week in the beautiful Villa Vida Nova. Communication with Nigel from the first inquiry to his follow up after our stay was great. We appreciated the information and advice he shared regarding the area. The large three bedroom home was clean, comfortable and well furnished; it did not lack for anything. It was a great space to return to at the end of the day. We appreciated the peace and quiet of the area. We loved the proximity to the hiking trails, beach and ocean and took full advantage of this by adding a couple of great hiking days to our stay. It served well as a central location to explore the Silver Coast. We would definitely return and highly recommend this villa!
★★★★★ Absolutely Amazing Just got home from having a wonderful Silver Coast experience. We had two weeks of bliss and are so sad we had to leave. The villa had everything you could wish for, privacy, peace and quiet, lovely views from the huge upstairs terrace a great place to sit and enjoy the sunsets after swimming in the heated pool. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished, beds are very comfortable with quality linen. I think everything is brand new including all the kitchen equipment, cleanliness was excellent. A few minutes walk takes you to the cliff tops with stunning views of the beach and Nazare in the distance. We didn't use the path here to the beach but took the car to two parking lots just 5 minutes drive. There are two fabulous restaurants within walking distance but must admit we drove, the road is so quiet, there are also fantastic views from this road and we watched the hang-gliders launch off the cliff tops. A five minute drive will take you to Sao Martinho do Porto where we bought our provisions and there we found more restaurants than we could count, highly recommend Portobello. This is a great place to people watch on the promenade. Its an amazing beach almost like a lagoon, the water was much warmer here. Dealing with the owner Nigel from start to finish he was so helpful with tips and advice that made everything so easy. We will certainly be back and will recommend this villa to all our friends. We chose this location because of the spectacular views and that the area is unspoiled, yet we are just a short drive to the best beaches, golf courses, shopping, airport and some of the most inspiring scenery in Portugal.
