Beautiful villa situated near the center of Carvoeiro. There is a large private swimming pool which can be heated at an additional cost. The pool has a separate section for children. There's also a tennis court at your disposal, including six rackets.

Accommodation: 8+2 persons, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms
Ground floor: Large living room (48m2) seating 10 people. Open fireplace in the living room and patio doors to a (covered) terrace. Three bedrooms, one of which with a bathroom en-suite. The other 2 bedrooms share one bathroom. Separate toilet in the hall.
First floor: Generous landing with flat screen television set, sofa bed and access to the roof terrace. 4th Bedroom with private bathroom and separate access to the roof terrace with seaview.
Guesthouse: Generous 29m2 bed/sit with own bathroom (with shower, toilet, washbasin with cabinet) and flat screen television set. One double bed and separate sofa bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa unica 10. There were a few niggles such as a number of very large cobwebs about the villa although the important things like the fridge, cooker, bathrooms and bedding were spotless.
We had paid extra for the pool to be heated but it was still quite chilly when we arrived. We left a message with the contact number and they arrived next day to turn the heating up. Or party included two small children (4 and 2) and thy loved the baby pool. A great bonus. The villa manager was there to great us and to make sure we had had a good stay when we left. Loved this villa it was very light and airy and the view from the lounge was so restful. Walk into carvoeiro was good exercise to burn off the pastel del natas.
