This fantastic 2 bedroomed house with air conditioning is comfortably furnished and immaculate throughout.
The property is single storey with a small private garden and views across the communal garden area and the sea. The onsite communal pool is just a short walk away.

Approximately 20 minutes walking distance, or 5 mins by car from the bustling little fishing town of Carvoeiro, Clube Golfemar is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away, in addition to Vale do Milho Golf Course being a few minutes away, and many other Golf Courses within 20 minutes drive.

The villa is immaculate throughout, and very comfortable. The light and airy lounge /dining room is air conditioned with TV and wood burner. Two sets of patio doors lead to the terrace and lawn, offering stunning views.

There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both are air conditioned. The Master bedroom also has a safe, doors to the terrace . There is also a separate family bathroom. The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

Living Room - Spacious sitting room with stereo and TV. Two seater sofas, side table, bookcase and wood burning stove. Rectangular wooden dining table with six wooden chairs. Hatch through to kitchen. Patio doors lead to the terrace.

Kitchen - Fully appointed kitchen with electric cooker, ceramic hob with extractor fan, microwave, large fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Bedrooms - Master bedroom with queen size bed, air conditioning, and access to the terrace and garden. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and air conditioning.

Bathroom - The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower, WC and hand basin. There is also a family bathroom with basin, WC, and bath with shower over.

We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.

There is an independently owned pool on the complex that Clube Golfemar guests may use, subject to the following conditions:

-The pool area is free of charge to use.

-Pool opening hours from 9am to 8pm;

-Sunbed rental is available for 5 euros per sunbed, per day;

-It’s not permitted for any person(s) to bring sun beds or chairs into the pool area;

-There is no obligation to use a sunbed;

-Anyone choosing not to use the sun beds provided can lay on the grass in the designated area provided;

-No food and drink can be consumed in the pool area unless purchased from the Lighthouse Restaurant. Snacks and drinks for babies and toddlers are permitted.

Air conditioning / heating is available for 90€ per week
Leading from the sitting room and master bedroom terraces, the villa has a small private south facing lawned area, bordered by a hedge, overlooking the spacious communal gardens. There is also a roof terrace with panoramic sea views sweeping across from Lagos to Armação de Pêra. 4 sun loungers, foam sun mats, a freestanding barbecue and outdoor table with 5 chairs are provided.

Within a few minutes stroll are the beautifully maintained communal gardens at Clube Golfemar. There is ample parking available.

Car hire is recommended but not essential. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation.

Baby equipment can be rented for a small fee and we can arrange airport transfers and car rental.

*All bookings between 01 November and 31 March are subject to an additional charge for electricity, payable monthly, charged at 0.20 cents for each unit of electricity used.

THE LOCAL AREA

Coast/Beach - There are some wonderful beaches close by. In addition to the beach at Centianes, within 5 minutes drive are Praia de Marina, Benagil, Caravalho, Albandeira. Carvoeiro beach is approx. 25 minutes walk away.
The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks.

Golf - The Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is just a short walk away. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive. Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.

Carvoeiro is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Care hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro. The big supermarket, Intermaché, on the road to Lagoa is a few minutes’ drive.

The villa is a 4 mins walk to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. Rocha Brava tennis centre is only 250m away. The local town, Carvoeiro, has an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. There are many banks and cash withdrawal machines. Two big water parks (Slide and Splash and Aqualand) are within 10 minutes drive, and Zoo Marine for the whole family within 20 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre also 20 minutes drive with its great High Street shops and restaurants as well.
