Casa Silver offers a great value private villa holiday in a peaceful location yet within walking distance of nearby amenities. The main house has 3 bedrooms and there’s a separate 1-bedroom annexe which can sleep a further 3 guests. The separate annexe offers independence to older teens or older guests, meaning that the villa can sleep up to 9 people, ideal for grandparents or families wanting a little private space.
This villa is perfect for those who like the peace and relaxation of the countryside, but like to have amenities within walking distance so that the hire car is not relied on on a daily basis. It’s located in the countryside off the Castelo Road, just 1.5km from the nearest beach (Lourenco) and a little further from a choice of wonderful beaches, such as Evaristo, Castelo and Gale.
Simply but tastefully furnished, Casa Silver is a bright and summery villa. On the ground floor there’s the lounge / dining room with TV/DVD and access to the outdoor covered terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (installed winter 2016), and a double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor, there’s a double and a twin bedroom sharing a full bathroom. All of the bedrooms in the main house have complimentary air-conditioning.
In the separate annexe you will find a double bedroom and shower bathroom as well as a small kitchen and a lounge. This lounge has a sofabed which will sleep an extra two guests on request - suitable for two children or one adult. There is a portable fan in the lounge. (So on request for children only, it is possible to sleep up to 10.)
Outside, there is a covered dining terrace and barbecue as well as the private swimming pool and lawn.
Just 600m to the nearest restaurant, café and mini-market. 1.5km to a choice of more great beaches and further selection of restaurants. Gale beach is arguably the best beach on the Algarve, with fantastic restaurants, and can be walked to in 8-minute drive to Albufeira’s old town, and centre with shops, restaurants and bars. 40-minute drive from Faro Airport.

We spent an 8 night vacation in 7 guests at Casa Silver, a wonderful place and quite secluded. The house was in great condition and the host was very available for any needs. The annex is separate, very nice, simple and excellent for those who want a little more privacy. Overall we had a great stay and I recommend Casa Silver to all those who want to stay close to Albufeira but away from the chaos. Renting cars becomes a strategic location. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the villa. Thank you Lynne for your time.
The place was fantastic and the pool was great we had a great time at this property. The place was not a walkable distance from the towns but was only about 10 minutes in a taxi so this posed no problem. The staff was very helpful when we had a problem and Lynne was a great help right from the booking. Always very responsive. I have recommendedthis place to family and would definitely stay again.
It was a nice house that has a lot of space around it, the contact with the host was good.
Nice house in quiet location, fully equiped, clean and sunny. We appreciated swimming pool in the garden. Fully recommended.
