During the summer months the man made and natural pools are across the road. The marina is across the road where you can go for a whale/dolphin tour. Watch the sunrise from the front of the building over the ocean and catch a magnificent sunset from our balconies with a bird eye’s view overlooking Ponta Delgada at the end of the day. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. High end mattress and bedding for a good night sleep. Very comfortable unit and furniture. Full kitchen, washer/dryer. High speed internet and 50” smart TV so you can still stream any our your favourite movies/ahows. Heat and air conditioning. Unit is very dry so no issues with humidity inside unit. The perfect place, great views and a quick walk to all the restaurants in the city. Right across the street from the bay. Safe and clean. Highly recommend to all visiting the island.

We have both been visiting Sao Miguel since we were children and bought this condo in 2023. We wanted a central location where we could walk around day and night to find food, dining, shopping, grocery stores, night life, etc while overlooking the ocean. We were lucky enough to find a unit facing west and high enough that there are no obstructions to our views and we get great sunsets. Spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also convenient to have a washer and dryer. Sao Miguel is also very humid. Ponta Delgada is on the south side of the island so it has better weather than most of the island and is not as damp. Our unit is very dry and comfortable. It’s exactly everything we were looking for on the island to call our home away from home.
