Villa Alegria is furnished to a high standard, with many thoughtful touches by the owner. There are five ensuite bedrooms with a further sixth bedroom on the lower level intended as a play room for children, but which can be used as as additional bedroom. Quinta shopping and Buganvilla Plaza are walking distance – shops, bars, restaurants, disco, pharmacy and a supermarket are at your convenience.

Table tennis, table football, Satellite TV with internet connection, DVD, Playstation 3. Billiard table. Surround sound music. There is a small baby/toddler area (toys, mat etc).

Private 10m x 5m swimming pool, BBQ, covered patio area with table/chairs for outdoor dining.
