Fantastic Apartment Close To Beach

We have stayed in this area for the past 3 years. This year we used this property after extensive searching.

Communication with Mario is swift and accurate.

The apartment is on the ground floor at the front but as it is built on the hill the patio area is well above the pool; at the rear. A google map/satellite search details all of this.

The apartment has been recently refurbished and was very clean. The Air-con was very effective and in my opinion a necessity. The fridge dispenses ice and cold water; another bonus. Wifi and TV worked well (my daughters steaming "Love Island"!!!). The shower worked well however it did struggle to drain properly. I cleared the drain and I have informed Mario who said he will monitor it and was pleased I informed him.

The best piece for me was no reserving sun beds; you could, but people didn't. The Private pool for the apartments had plenty of beds for the users although it was out of schools holiday period. Walking to the pool at 10:30 still got us a bed for our 10 night stay. There is limited shade as no umbrellas available however, there was one in the apartment we took down occasionally.

The indoor pool area is walked through to the main pool area. this is "sparse" but to walk through is acceptable.

There are numerous eating places in a 15 minute walk but it is up a short sharp hill on the way out; easy to "roll home".

I use Uber when there, they are quicker and cheaper than the taxis. I suggest you do a "main shop" at Lidl or the Aldi for ice-creams, drinks snacks etc as local store are a lot dearer. The kitchen is well equipped and we had lunch in most days but ate out every night. It could do with more mugs, glasses and plates. There is a dishwasher!

All in all I recommend this apartment and it is likely I will book again if returning to the area.

Absolutely fantastic apartment close to the new 'strip' and within walking distance to the old town of Albufeira. João who met us on arrival was superb and very helpful. Contact with owner was first class. Bright spacious modern apartment with an unbelievable sea/beach view. Perfect private garden area with a superb pool and never any issues getting sun loungers throughout the day. Overall this apartment has everything you need with all mod cons and beautifully finished. I would recommend this apartment very highly and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Thank you Mario!!!
