This spacious 5 bedroom villa is located close to the village of Porches en Alporchinhos and the popular resort of Armação de Pêra with good restaurants and a long sandy beach with a lovely promenade to stroll along while enjoying an ice cream. It's also just a short drive from the quieter and more atmospheric resort of Praia do Carvoeiro. The villa is located on a small cul de sac with only 3 villas. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet a short distance from the main facilities.

The round shaped swimming pool (heatable) is equipped with 10 sun loungers. There is a lovely canopy by the pool, perfect for sheltering from the hot sun. On the side of the kitchen there is a large pergola so that you can sit in the shade while eating. This includes a BBQ, tables and chairs and a small bar with a fridge. It is the ideal place for delicious outdoor meals and long lingering dining.
The kitchen is very well equipped with two huge fridge freezers and a built in hob. The open plan sitting room has sofas providing ample seating for larger groups with ample dining furniture and a wood burning stove. Heating is possible for holidays in the early or late season.
