Villa Nova

Located in a private estate, this is the ideal luxury family holiday nest, boasting gorgeous sea views and sunsets, for those looking to relax and enjoy their holidays close to the very best the Algarve has to offer. Just a 5 minute drive to golden sandy beaches, fantastic restaurants, and a lot more to explore, from water slide parks to sightseeing cruises. Have I mentioned that the sea views and sunsets on this villa are stunning? :)

The space
Subject to a major renovation, Villa Nova offers luxury comfort for up to 10 guests with 5 en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning, modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and a bathroom for guests. The ground floor bedroom has a sofa bed also, suitable for a child. The open-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, airfryer, kettle, an extra wide hob and oven, american fridge, and for wine lovers, a silent wine cooler.

There’s a private pool with Balinese-style tiles, that may be heated at an extra cost. Sun loungers for all guests, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.

Ideal for those family lunches, there’s a large barbeque area with a stainless-steel charcoal grill and also a professional gas burner with lava stones.

There’s a large OLED tv set on the living room with access to cable/streaming channels, and all 5 bedrooms have a smart tv. All areas of the villa have a 1Gbps unlimited free Wi-Fi access.

Ideally located for the perfect relaxing family holiday, guests may walk to a few restaurants and supermarkets, the nearest beach is less than 5 minutes by car, and so is Albufeira’s old town. Plenty of Uber/Bolt around if you decide not to rent a car.

Other things to note
- we have two cots and one sofa bed available, good for two infants and one small child.

• This villa is aimed at relaxing family holidays, given the private estate where it's located and the surrounding environment. At Villa Nova we value privacy and tranquility, for that reason groups, parties, are not allowed.

• Heated pool has an extra charge of 300€ per week.

• Listed prices include professional cleaning service, including towel change and cleaning; pool check-up and cleaning.

• From April to October the Albufeira municipality charges a tourist tax of 2€ per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, for all guests aged 12 and above. We are responsible for collecting this tax upon check-in.
