At the back, a small terrace with table and chairs, access via some steps or calsada way to the swimming pool and sun terrace with loungers. Around the pool a flower garden and grass. Quiet area with a lot of privacy.

Fully equipped kitchen, induction hob, extractor, fridge, combination oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, dining table, sofa with coffee table, etc. Living room diner table with chairs, sofa with coffee table. Breakfast from 08.00 till 10.00 in the breakfast room, or breakfast to go, take a way.

Free strong Wifi inside and outside, work friendly. Flat screen, streaming, internet, no cable TV. TV can be rotated from the living room to the sleeping area. The rooms are separated by the large wardrobe, hangers, shelves, 6 large drawers and in the wardrobe 3 smaller drawers. Double bed 1.80 x 2.00 or 2 separate beds with bedside tables, USB ports and sockets. Bathroom, walk-in shower, sink with mirror cabinet, WC. The suites are made for 2 persons.
