Casa Maria is a stunning 3 bedroom villa located in the popular resort of Quinta do Paraiso, within easy walking distance of the village of Carvoeiro, where you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and a beach. The resort itself also has a restaurant and pool bar, or the popular Monte Carvoeiro square with is bars and restaurants is just a 5 minute walk away. Guest have use of the resort facilities including communal pools, kids club, tennis courts and mini golf. The resort also have nightly entertainment at the bar.

The villa is ideal for families and friends sleeping up to 6/7. It has 1 double bedroom with ensuite and 2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom. The bedrooms are all on the ground floor with doors opening onto a lovely covered terrace and garden.
On the first floor is the large open plan living room and dining area with a wall mounted LCD TV with Satellite TV, including a sports and movie package. Large patio doors lead off the living room onto a covered terrace/balcony. There is a well equipped modern kitchen and separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The stunning swimming pool area is big feature of the villa with a large infinity pool with a waterfall feature that runs down into a smaller pool. Each of the pools has a jacuzzi type seating area.
Next to the pool is a built in BBQ area with canopied seating. Stairs lead up to the roof terrace with wonderful views across the valley and out to sea.

The villa is air conditioned throughout and has free Wi-fi.
