The bedroom has a desk and chair suitable for remote working with your own monitor , double bed and ample cupboard space. Spacious shower and toilet . Living area is open space with a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped . With stove, oven and bar fridge and loads if cupboard space.
Very close to the town centre.
This apartment only has street parking.
Very short walking distance to the supermarkets and main bus terminal. about 8 minutes walking further along to beaches and cafes, bakeries and restaurants.
Machico is a town that has everything you need in walking distance. It is also one of two towns on the whole island that has a golden sand beach.
The bus servicing Machico has options to the capital city Funchal. Either an express route which is a 40 minute drive or the longer route by passing little towns and villagers . This trip is around 120 minutes.
Machico is only a 5 minute drive to the airport and under 25 minutes drive to Funchal , by car.

Hello, my name is Dina! Im originally from South Africa, born and bred. My parents are however from Madeira, Funchal and Machico. I arrived in February 2018 with kids and luggage with the intention to find something that would support my kids and I. Anew beginning for us. I became involved in Property offering to help give some grounding to a new guesthouse and I discovered that I was good at it. From here I founded the digital Nomad community of Machico , namely Remote Eastcoasters which later added an NGO Amparo Nomad Cultural Connection and from this a niche evolved and my idea of supporting locals with earning passive income was birthed. Today I am blessed to have property owners entrust me to take care of there spaces and add value by bringing in clients. This is just the short story as there are many twists and tales but perhaps a coffee and a chat and I could share the whole lot.
