Galé is a beach area, where you can find other cosy beaches, rocky beaches like são Rafael, são lourenço, Castelo, Coelha, Evaristo and others, each day you can try a different one to enjoy in a ray of 4kms costal area.
Inabout 4 kms you will find the City of Albufeira, very well known as its night life iwth restaurants, bars and shops open all night long on summer time (May, June, July, August, September) high season months where the average temperature can go around 30 degrees celcius.
Guia - little town north of galé (countryside) where Zoomarine and Algarveshopping is situated, also is on this town that you can find the Ckicken Piri-Piri (spicy) grilled on charcoal...very tasty and not to be missed.
The area of the villa, is central Algarve, to airport Faro (capital) is 40 kms and on the other side of Algarve you can find Portimão (45kms), this is the most beautiful area you can visit as you are close to all the main cities of Algarve....do not loose the LOULE market on Saturday mornings.. where you can have a complete picture of local people living habits.
Villa Joya Restaurant (2 Michelin star) is 3 minutes walking distance from Villa Corais, this is one of many restaurantes available in the area where you can taste the portuguese and international cuisine.
A short drive from the villa you can find the old town of Albufeira with lots of shops and bars to enjoy the night life, the "Stripp" in Oura is 10 minutes driving.
The small town of Guia- known by the Chicken Piri-Piri dish
and by Zoomarine water and fun Park is 5 kms away.
