This beautiful villa is situated in a magnificent position, very near to the famous Marinha Beach, considered one of the 10 best Europe's beaches.

There is an electric gate in the garden for secure parking. From the villa, it's only a short walk to the beach. Many customers have fallen in love with this idyllic location.

The view from the garden of Villa Jasmin is truly amazing. The house is surrounded by garden paths, lawns, flower beds, private pool, barbeque, outside dining table, sunbeds, etc... The pool is located south of the house, so you can enjoy the sun the whole day.

Villa Jasmin has 3 traditional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From the hallway, you will enter the airconditioned living room with comfortable seating and patio doors leading to the garden, pool and barbecue area. The living room is connected to the dining room and kitchen. The fully fitted kitchen offers you everything you need. Also from the kitchen, you can enter the garden. At the ground floor, you will find two air-conditioned en suite bedrooms (both with double bed) with lounge area and patio doors to the garden. The first bathroom provides a shower cabin and the second bathroom provides a small bath with a shower and a separate shower cabin. There is also a third room with a sofabed. This room can perfectly be used as a bedroom, but please note that this room has no door, so we recommend this room for children.
First floor: The master bedroom with two sun terraces is on the first floor, this room is provided with a mobile airconditioning unit. The bathroom has a bath with a shower and a separate shower cabin. From the master bedroom, you can enter the garden through a nice stairway. The view from this room is breathtaking.
