The villa offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens and a large open-plan living and dining area. For entertainment, there is a complete games room featuring a snooker table, table football, table tennis, board games and puzzles for children — fun for all ages!
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, as well as weekly cleaning and linen change.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool, barbecue area with a traditional bread oven, outdoor dining space and private parking — all within a secure and spacious setting.
About Armação de Pêra:
Located in the heart of the Algarve, Armação de Pêra is one of the region’s most welcoming and authentic seaside resorts. Famous for its long golden sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, it’s the ideal spot to combine relaxation, delicious local food and outdoor activities.
In the old part of the village, the Praia dos Pescadores (Fishermen’s Beach) stands out, where you can still see fishermen mending their nets and preparing the colourful traditional fishing boats. Many of these boats now take visitors on unforgettable trips to the famous sea caves, including the iconic Benagil caves.
Armação de Pêra Beach is one of the largest in the region, with multiple access points, beachfront cafés and restaurants — perfect for a sunny day by the sea with great food. Spots like Praia da Fortaleza, next to the old fort, and Praia do Mini-Golf, now transformed into a beautiful garden, showcase the picturesque side of this village that, while modern, still preserves its fishing village charm.
During the bathing season, the beach is supervised by lifeguards and is classified as an Accessible Beach, ideal for families with children or guests with reduced mobility.

We had a fantastic week here. The kids loved the pool and games. We ate all our meals in the shaded outdoor area and enjoyed several BBQs. Being a little bit out of town (30 minute walk), the area was very quiet and peaceful. Supermarkets within easy reach.
Owner was very friendly and on hand to deal with any issues. He recommended beaches along the coast which were definitely worth a visit.

We had a lovely stay in this villa. The villa is very big, 5 bedrooms, 3bathrooms, 2kitchens. Main kitchen very well equiped. Sitting room had large tv and could log into Netflix. Air con was great. The pool was the best part, it was a large pool, half shallow half very deep. Kids had an absolute amazing time in the pool. Location is great, very quiet yet close enough to Armacao and also Albufeira. Ubers are so so cheap to get around, cost less than €4 to get an Uber to Lidl. Full house was cleaned after a week, bed linen and towels changed -the two cleaners did a great job especially considering the heat! Pool was regularly cleaned and topped up.
The communication with the agency was not very good. I had to chase them up to day before we were going to confirm the transfers. I got no reply from the agency here on the clickstay's messaging system so I had to Google the agency to find a phone number and even then it still took a long time to get confirmation. It was evening time the day before we were leaving which meant we were panicking a lot. They didn't let the owner know we needed two extra beds. Also to confirm check out details, I sent a message and didn't hear back until the following day.
But apart from that, the villa itself was lovely and I would highly recommend it . Thanks Paula for a lovely holiday.

Pool was lovely but pool area and equipment could be cleaner is our only small criticism (windy days covered with sand and no hose to wash /spray cleaner and pool filter didn’t always clear pool)but didn’t stop enjoyment we had
