The property is in a small village with walks to the Serra do Cercal hills or down to the River Mira.
A car is essential to be able to drive to the wonderful beaches of Praia Malhao, Vila Nova de Milfontes, Porto Covo, Zambujeira, Ilah do Pessegueiro to name but a few.

Every other Saturday there is a large market in Brunheiras selling a mixture of agricultural and tourist wares.
