Nestled in the small hamlet of Vale Cordeiro with 12 houses. Located
3 km from Arganil this is a detatched rustic property with a definite quirky layout. There are 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which are self contained with access to and from the small courtyard, each with their own wc and shower facilities. There are a further 2 bedrooms upstairs which share a full bathroom including a bath and bidet. Below these bedrooms is the kitchen /dining room which is accesed from the courtyard. The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge/freezer, 4 ring cooker with oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. All kitchen utensils with delph and cutlerly are supplied. There is a large dining table and 8 chairs with ample storage space. The upstairs lounge has armchair and settee seating which is child friendly, there is also cable TV and internet free of charge. Off the lounge there is a large outdoor verenda with table and chairs, great for star gazing and sipping a nice glass of vino. Below this area at ground level is where i suspect guests will spend most of their days. Here you will find a concrete build pool and outdoor shower. Loungers and pool towels are supplied and there is also a brick built bar b que. Again there is extra seating supplied around the pool area and the high speed WiFi is connected throughout the property. If you are feeling energetic there is also a cross trainer and exercise bike in the courtyard. The town of Arganil is a mixture of the old and the new. There is a hospital with A&E, 2 large supermarkets Lidl and Intermarche, various shops restaurants. A childrens playground and a number of banks and cashpoints and a large open air market every thursday makes Arganil the place to base yourself. There is a tourist office where lots of imformation can be had regarding the abundance of outdoor activities available.
