Villa Santa, Beautiful Spacious 6 Bedroom Villa, Private Pool

We had a large group of 15 people and found the villa good overall value for the money. Nice sized pool which was cleaned during the stay and plenty of nice sun loungers to use. We used the bbq and table tennis table. But the pool table was in need of replacing. Equipment in villa was all ok and rooms and bathrooms adequate for our needs if in need of a little updating. We could have done with more of the rooms as twins but we managed. Good selection of shops and restaurants nearby.

As group of 12 adults celebrating a 40th and 50th birthday we hasmd a ball in this villa.
Villa was as advatised the bedrooms were big and the aircon worked well.
Just round the corner from a few bars restaurants and supermarkets about 10 minutes to the strip and the beach and a short taxi ride or 40 minutes walk from the old town.
2 big fridges to stock up on food and drink and plenty of space around the pool and 12 sunbeds.
I contacted the villa manager when we as on our way and he gave us the number for the keysafe and said we would see him tomorrow however he never showed up. This did not cause us any problems however I did try and contact him twice as the WiFi we had paid extra for did not work and he never answed or rang back.
The only other problem was that the last couple in the showers in the evening ended up with a cold one but we staggerd them when we could it was not a deal breaker.
All in all a nice villa in exalent location an enjoyable holiday had by all and we would all return.

We have returned from a fantastic 2 week stay at Villa Santa. Firstly I would like to say how helpful, polite and welcoming we found Miguel, thank you for making our stay everything we hoped it would be and for being on hand to assist us with anything we had a query about, facilitating taxi services and for going the extra mile. The villa was equipped with everything we could have needed and the facilities and cleanliness spot on. Air conditioning great, beds very comfortable, showers powerful. The location was fantastic for us, a stone's throw from everything whilst at the same time being private for us to enjoy our stay in comfort. The pool was cleaned regularly and the beds/villa cleaned to a high standard after week 1, a very friendly team. If we had one thing to mention it would be to take a look at replacing or repositioning the pool table as it wasnt level to play a proper game as is. We will definitely be recommending this villa and wouldn't hesitate in returning. Thank you, very happy holidays had by 6 adults and 6 children ranging from 3 to 14 years around the pool area and around the large dinner table in the evenings.

For the price and location yes I would recommend, the actual villa is getting a bit tired and the cleaning left alot to be desired. The pool fronts onto a main road which is noise at times it didn't bother me as I live on a main road so was used to it, but if you lived in a quiet road i think it may bother you. Location was perfect for everyone to explore with loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance and two lovely beaches to choose from. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

For a hen party group the location was ideal. A few shops within 5 minutes walk including a supermarket. 15 minutes walk to the bars/clubs. The road where the villa is situated was quite busy but I wouldn’t say the noise was an issue.
The villa was really lovely . A great size for large groups, the pool was fab. Nothing to complain really about the villa, just one issue where a dining room chair collapsed whilst being sat on, it did look like it had broken in the past. I think possibly a new dining room table/chairs would really make the difference. Showers were very hit and miss, from hot one night to really cold the next
Good communication with the villa regarding transfers to and from the airport/villa , our flight got delayed a bit so we were quite late getting to the villa , we enquired about a shop nearby to get water. We were told that there was water at the villa however when we arrived there was none. We were also told that somebody would come round the following say I’m guessing to show us around everything but they never came . It wasn’t a problem as we had already found our feet with everything.
Overall a great stay for large groups and families. I would come here again. I would rate a 4/5!
