Welcome to Villa MariVital, a contemporary and stylish villa located in the gated Eco Residence La Colline, one of Albufeira’s most peaceful and eco-conscious residential areas. Completed in 2022, the villa offers modern comfort with a private swimming pool (pool heating available on request), bright and airy interiors, fast WiFi, air-conditioning throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is an ideal choice for families or relaxed groups looking for comfort, privacy, and a sustainable setting.

Villa MariVital is one of just eight villas within this exclusive eco-residential condominium. The villa accommodates up to 9 guests and features a modern open design with solar-powered water heating, Class A energy-efficient air-conditioning, and an eco-friendly ventilation system.

The villa was perfect for our family holiday. Had everything we needed and both the host and property manager were quick to answer and questions or queries we had. We were made to feel very welcome and would love to visit again in the future.
Mariola and Tina were the perfect hosts, you wont be disappointed with this booking, our 2 kids [11 and 13] loved the villa, the pool , the space and really everything was 100% without any issues or drama - the perfect get away !
Villa was exceeded expectations, hosts on hand at check in to explain everything. The whole house was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a relaxing break. Heated pool was a bonus and close to supermarkets and 10 minute walk down to the old town. Would recommend and hope to return next year.
Absolutely stunning villa, perfect location, you can walk to the old town and the beach in just a few mins. Few mins from the supermarket. The villa itself is just immaculate and I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Had a great stay at Mariola's . Was a nice touch being added to a group text prior to check in - meant that any questions were quickly answered. Was slightly hard to find the property as we were arriving late at night but Tina the property manager quickly sorted us out. Well located, nice and easy to get into the Old Town and shops nearby. Property is nice and modern and well equipped. Mariola was very accommodating in giving us a late check out since we had a later flight heading home. Thanks for a lovely trip definitely want to come back!!
Our friends' group had an amazing stay at Villa MariVital! The heated pool, a perfect 30 degrees, was a highlight, making winter swimming an absolute joy. The location is ideal, with golden beaches within walking distance, and the incredible weather added to the magic. Mariola and Andres were exceptional hosts, responsive and attentive. Villa MariVital is the perfect spot for a cozy yet vibrant winter getaway. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Mariola's place for 6 nights and we had a wonderful stay! The villa is just a dream and highly recommended. It is incredibly beautiful, super equipped and has a great kitchen. We felt very comfortable. Communication with Mariola was impeccable and Tina looked after us very well on site. There is nothing negative to say and we will definitely be back!
Wonderful, super new villa in the very center of Albufeira. A few steps away from the old town and the beach. We spent one week there comfortably with a group of friends. Three balconies in the house allow for some alone time in case you feel like disconnecting from the group for a few minutes. The swimming pool is nice. The terrace is spacious. The BBQ is large enough, and the dining table is beautiful. The location was perfect for us, as there was no need to rent a car because of this excellent location. We had a fabulous time - thank you!
