Vila Luz is a modern semi-detached villa with private pool, ideal for families with children up to 6 people.
Located in the centre of Albufeira 10 minutes from the beach, supermarket and restaurants and many other facilities.
The house is bright, large and airy with a living area of 156m2.
Vila Luz has a modern decoration offering luxurious comfort, equipped with a TV with Netflix access, WiFi internet, ping pong table and air conditioning.
Good bus links to the old town of Albufeira are nearby. and access to the balcony.
Vila Luz is composed of 3 bedrooms, on the ground floor the living room with open kitchen fully equipped, a large private terrace and swimming pool.
One bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom.
The large terrace next to the living room with its electric sunblind and private pool is a great place to socialize and has a barbecue, a table, 6 chairs and sun lounges.
On the first floor, one bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom and access to the balcony.
The second bedroom with twin beds and en suite bathroom and access to the balcony.
Inside the property, there is a private closed & large garage space to park a car.
Security deposit: 700 € to be paid in cash upon arrival, will be returned on departure if everything is ok. The host reserves the right to stay with the security deposit one week after departure if the property shows signs of misuse.
Nightly disturbances caused by the guests are prohibited: between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
The guests must respect the neighbour's rest night and not cause any problems or noise!
Also, during the day, music, if played outside the home, should be kept at a normal level.
Not suitable for young groups, the villa cannot be rented to a young group of adults under 25. It's for families and couples only!

Magnifique et exceptionnel villa situé à 2 pas de toutes commodités, plages centre commercial, tout était parfait super propre, la vue depuis la terrasse est superbe. Elena est une hôte au top elle est toujours à l'écoute elle à mis à disposition gel douche shampoing beaucoup de serviette dans les 3 salles de bains la cuisine est sur-équipée et de qualité. Vous garer la voiture dans le garage en dessous et un escalier mène directement à l'intérieur de la villa . Encore merci à Elena qui est vraiment attentionné sympathique et très arrangeante sur les heures d'arriver et de départ lorsque c'est possible . Elena is a great host and a lovely lady and her villa is superb, very very clean and ever room is very well appointed with everything we needed and more, the kitchen is fully equipped even down to a lovely bowl of fresh fruit, tea, coffee, condiments and olive oil. We had a great stay and look forward to returning in the future, thoroughly recommended. Rajesh julho de 2019 Great place to stay. The host is amazing and replied so quickly to any questions or queries. Nice place to relax. Pictures are spot on to what the villa looks like. Will definitely visit again. Everything is local within walking distance and the pool is great too. Elena's place was fantastic! We showed up to fresh fruit and cheeses for us and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we neede included 2 cribs and 2 highchairs! Dardan Junho de 2019 A very warm welcome from Elena, super friendly and kind. Perfect place to relax. Near to everything you need. The best way to get there is by car in my opinion.
