A beautiful, luxury, modern 4 bedroom villa with private swimming pool (which can be heated upon request at a nominal charge). Fully integrated modern kitchen and TV. This villa is located in the heart of Albufeira Town within a short walk to the Strip and Old Town.
Located in the heart of Albufeira, this 4 bedroom stylish, luxury villa is the ideal getaway with all the modern facilities to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Outside it is highly suitable for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space. There are 4 bedrooms and one private swimming pool.
All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.
The property is a short drive to Pinecliffs Resort, Gale and Guia (where Algarve shopping is located). It has a large supermarket and many shops supplying clothes, shoes and sports equipment. If you are desirous of some theatre, there is a large cinema with all the latest releases in English. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants and a supermarket is approx 0.5 km away (large supermarket that houses most essential items).
A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.
The property is within an easy stroll to the strip which is located at the end of the road (14 minutes walk).
Oura Beach is less than 5 minutes walk away and easy to get to, there are plenty of shops along the way if you require a newspaper or a cold drink. The villa has good sea views with private terraces to the 1st floor bedrooms
Villa Forte Exterior
Villa Forte is secured by a electric gate and concrete wall with aluminum rail. The villa is located on an elevated plot, surrounded by plants and trees. The swimming pool can be heated, and is surrounded by sun loungers and an outside dining area. There is a BBQ outside located beside the kitchen for easy access.
The villa also benefits from an excellent area to relax outside all day long. There is a shaded area for those who wish to enjoy the outdoors but not be in direct sunlight.
The private swimming pool is located to the rear of the property to provide additional privacy and surrounded by sun loungers. Please confirm if you require the pool to be heated as there is an additional charge for this service.
The BBQ is located beside the pool, next to the entrance to the kitchen.

Lovely stay pool was just right clean and modern. The basement bedroom had a bit of a smell I think it's because it the basement. But was still really clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Could do with some better bathmats as you can slip easily. And I think it could do with one more unbeller as its a sun trap by the pool . Only a few little things overall it's a lovely villa. The Manger was very helpful. The villa was close to everything. I would definitely stay there again 100%

Just wow!
We are a family of 7 that stayed at this beautiful villa in August 2020.
The location is perfect, the local beach is a 5 min walk down the hill which leads all the way to the old town. There are shops, bars & restaurants in the vicinity as well as a chemist a short walk away. At times we made use of the Uber app when we felt too lazy to walk to the restaurants at Oura beach which is located at the end of the strip. (Amazing food with a view!)
The villa itself is very clean, spacious & well equipped. The bedrooms are all en-suite & comfortable. There is outdoor lighting surrounding the villa & very good security.
We paid extra to have the pool heated which I felt was a must. Having stayed in villas around here before the pools are all the same.. freezing! It just takes the edge of it whilst still being refreshing.
We booked through the agency Clickstay and as usual their team were on hand to answer any queries we had in a friendly & professional manner. We will certainly be booking with them again in the near future!

Our stay at the Villa was fantastic, everything we could possibly need was provided at the villa the pool and outside area were fantastic and the bedrooms spacious with comfortable beds. Loads of cupboard space in the kitchen only thing I would say needed in the kitchen is bigger glass selection but that’s just our personal opinion.
We would definitely come back to the villa in a heartbeat the location was fantastic.

The villa was in a good location although quite a walk to the strip and old town but easy to get to via land train 3€ each way. The pool and outside areas were amazing. The pool was a good size. Some outdoor chairs were broke. Kitchen facilities were good, clock wasn't working. There wasn't a PlayStation. Air con was good. Plenty of space all bedrooms were ensuite. Easy access to the beach with some good bars and mini markets on the way. Miguel was an excellent host very east to contact. We booked a transport return for the airport which was good, we also used the service for other trips which was prompt and we would recommend the mini bus service.

Fantastic villa in-between old town and the strip
Clean but there was a smell in basement bedroom
No pool table as advertised but overall had a great time and the pool was great

We were a party of 12, 8 adults and 4 children. We stayed at Villa Forte for a week. The villa is lovely and spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds. Cots and spare beds were provided.
The villa is in a great location right between old town and the strip. Probably a 10-15 minute walk to each. The nearest shop is about a 10 minute walk away and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
There was only one problem with the villa and this was the smell in the bathroom in the basement room.
Overall a great stay in a lovely villa.
