Overview
Villa Cisne is located on a quiet cobbled street, but only moments away from the strip. Once you arrive at the villa you will notice a fence that surrounds the villa for privacy and security. The villa is located at the end of a cul de sac and is very quiet so you can enjoy the sun without being disturbed.
As the villa is located in the heart of Albufeira Town you will be able to enjoy all that Albufeira and the Algarve have to offer on your doorstep.
Villa Exterior
As you enter the gated entrance you will find an area to park at least 2 cars which will be secure. On the right hand side of the villa you will see a private swimming pool with BBQ, lawn area, and outside dining area. There is plenty of room to enjoy the sun from the sun loungers that surround the pool.
The villa benefits from large sliding doors that lead to the living, dining and kitchen area for those who have had enough of the sun but still want to look out onto the pool.
Villa Interior
As you enter the villa you will come into a small hallway with bedroom 1 on the right.
Living room: Large open plan living, dining and kitchen area perfect for socialising. Fully air conditioned, with quality furniture, three sofas, coffee table, large television table with satellite channels. Dining table looks onto the pool with fully integrated modern kitchen.
Bedroom 1 : Double bedroom & room for 1 extra single or cot, fitted wardrobes with en suite shower room
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes / Shares house bathroom with bath/ shower/ wc & bidet
Bedroom 4: Large Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Can add one extra single Shares house bathroom with bedroom 3.
Extra foldaway beds can be added in lounge instead of sofa bed.

Not exactly as advertised, photos prior to bedroom extension, only 3 bathrooms not 5, no table tennis. However location was good for the strip area, could hear music at times until 4:00am if awake. Any maintenance requests were dealt with speedily, pool cleaned regularly during 2 week stay. In general was a decent holiday, bit expensive for a Villa that needs some upgrading. However holidays are made by people you spend time with not necessarily the venue.

Great location, just a short walk to the main strip where you will find a huge array bars, restaurants, shops to pick from.
The villa was well maintained and furnished and had all the mod cons required for a short break.
My friends and I have all commented on how well every one communicated with us from the moment we made the booking.
We'll defiantly be back at some point soon.

Miguel was excellent if there was any issue, which I may add was always small. Taxis from airport and back where on time. Pool area was fantastic. Rooms clean and spacious, kitchen was brilliant and living area had plenty of room.
I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic villa, in a fantastic location, literally just off the strip in New Town, 5 minute drive to Old Town, everything u needed was in the Villa, and the shops, bars and restaurants, was only a two min walk away!! Most of our holiday was spent in the pool in the Villa, as we didnt have to go anywhere else!!

I have just returned from a long weekend at this Villa we were in a large party of 14 , so also had Villa Paseo & Andorinha booked.
All 3 villas are in excellent condition, exactly as described and the location is perfect - a very short walk from both The Strip and the beach. Although in close proximity to many restaurants and late night bars, noise isnt a problem.
Its worth noting The pavements in and aroud the area are cobbled - so not ideal for high heels but we managed!
The area is suitable for a wide range of ageswe were there on a Hen Party but there were also many families and older people there.
Would definitely return & recommend.

08 Apr 2013 “Great Villa, Great Location” We stayed at Villa Cisne last year, at first we were worried about the location being so close to strip, however we heard no noise and the location of the villa was perfect. The villa is huge and the pool is fantastic. Security at the villa was great and we felt perfectly safe at all times. Outside the villa we used the table tennis table and pool table a lot and ate outside on the bbq most evenings. Everything you need is on the doorstep and the walk to the old town is a pleasant stroll to a fantastic beach and restaurants, the free train to get back is regular and cheap. The pool is huge and we spent the majority of our time here. Jimmy looks after the property and made sure we had a great time. We had a brilliant time, if you are looking for a spacious villa, with great facilities, in a great location, book this....
The following review has been submitted for 75765 – Villa Andorinha, Cisne and Pavao 12 Bedrooms Dawn Kettle review: We hired all three villas for family members for our wedding in Portugal. Due to a bad turn of events (liquidation) we were unable to have our booked wedding reception at the hotel we desired. We asked the villa owner if we could have our reception at the villas with a marquee (in their large courtyard adjoining all the villas) and he kindly obliged. From the start the correspondence has been nothing short of fantastic and they did all they could to make our day special. From providing measurements to meeting our caterers and marquee suppliers. The villas were clean and well presented and were quiet even though they are minutes from the strip. As for our reception even the suppliers were amazed at how great it all looked. Would deffo recommend. Photos to follow!
