Overview
Villa Andorinha is located on a quiet cobbled street and only moments away from the Strip. Once you arrive at the villa you will notice a fence that surrounds the villa for privacy and security. The villa is located at the end of a cul de sac and is very quiet so you can enjoy the sun without being disturbed.
As the villa is located in the heart of Albufeira Town you will be able to enjoy all that Albufeira and the Algarve have to offer on your doorstep.
Villa Andorinha Exterior
As you enter the gated entrance you will find an area to park at least 2 cars which will be secure. On the right hand side of the villa you will see a 8x4 meter private swimming pool with BBQ, lawn area, and outside dining area. There is plenty of room to enjoy the sun from the sun loungers that surround the pool.
The villa benefits from large sliding doors that lead to the living, dining and kitchen area for those who have had enough of the sun but still want to look out onto the pool.

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom & 1 Single, with en suite shower room, sliding wardrobe, and air conditioning.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with en suite shower room and air conditioning & fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with air conditioning, and large wardrobe shares house bathroom featuring bath/shower, WC & bidet with bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4: Twin bedroom with views onto the pool with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes, shares house bathroom with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 5: Located beside lounge with twin beds. Air conditioning, fitted wardrobes & en suite shower room.
Extra beds can be added in lounge instead of sofa bed.
All bedrooms provide spacious accommodation, are equipped with air conditioning, with either en suite facilities or close to the main bathroom.

The villa was nice but it didn't have things like liquid, soap, washing material, salt, tea, etc. Had to buy every little thing. But that was the least of our issues.
When we arrived we were told that the villa had a leak and we couldn't stay. They offered us a villa 10 mins away. But it was too far from the strip. When I asked if I could be refunded so I can find some place else I was told it's unlikely. So I had to take their offer of 3 days in that villa and then 3 days in another. I had no choice at that point. After day 3 we had to check out and move. Even though check out is at 10am, the cleaners and ganrdener arrived at 8.30am. They looked like they were getting ready for the next group. I was also told that the entire complex had work being done in all the villas and every villa would be empty. Spoke to the neighbours who were there for another week! Lots of lies, when in actual fact they double booked and decided to not tell me.
We then moved to the next villa, but to apologise for the inconvienece we were told if we wanted to go to the strip before 11pm then they would drop and pick us up. When I did contact them my messages were ignored. So ended up having to get an uber. I also contacted the guy to sort out AC and electricity, however no reply. I also contacted him to ask if a watch was found in the first villa, no reply again. Big disappointment.
P.S. lots of bits of glass on the grass by the pool.

The following review has been submitted for 75765 – Villa Andorinha, Cisne and Pavao 12 Bedrooms Dawn Kettle review: We hired all three villas for family members for our wedding in Portugal. Due to a bad turn of events (liquidation) we were unable to have our booked wedding reception at the hotel we desired. We asked the villa owner if we could have our reception at the villas with a marquee (in their large courtyard adjoining all the villas) and he kindly obliged. From the start the correspondence has been nothing short of fantastic and they did all they could to make our day special. From providing measurements to meeting our caterers and marquee suppliers. The villas were clean and well presented and were quiet even though they are minutes from the strip. As for our reception even the suppliers were amazed at how great it all looked. Would deffo recommend. Photos to follow!
Just back from a weeks stay at Villa Andorinha, and we absolutely loved it! The villa is located in a side street off the main "Strip" (bottom end, near the beach), and the closest bars and shops are just round the corner on the Strip. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away. If you prefer the old town, a 5 min walk in the other direction (about half way up the Strip) is the stop for the tourist train, which is great value - 3.5 euro for a day ticket (concessions for under 4s and over 65s) Trains come every 10 mins or so, and leave you off at the top of the escalators in the old town, and run til about 11 at night. The villa itself - lovely and bright and clean, very secure, plenty of space for the kids. The kitchen was great, with full sized fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave, ironing board. Airers outside to dry your washing. And there was always hot water for showers at any time of day! Outside - nice shady dining area, well maintained gardens, plenty of loungers and parasols, a barbeque, ping pong table, and the private pool - which the kids just lovedl!! Especially that they could use it at night, which you cant do in most hotel pools. Again, very clean - the pool guy came round every couple of days and checked ph levels, cleaned filters etc. Oh, and a special shout to Jimmy, who was so friendly and helpful, arranging taxi transfers, and giving us advice on where to eat out etc, thx Jimmy! Id highly recommend this villa to anyone, in fact, wish I was still there!
