Garden Design is a modern apartment set in a private condominium with a large swimming pool a garden and a playground for children, ideal for families with children up to 4 people. Located in the centre of Albufeira 10 minutes from the beach, supermarket and restaurants and many other facilities. The apartment is bright, large and airy with a living area of 123m. Garden Design apartment has a modern decoration offering luxurious comfort, equipped with TV, WiFi internet and air conditioning.
Garden Design apartment built-in 2018 is composed of 2 bedrooms, the living room with open kitchen fully equipped, dining table for 4 people a very big comfortable sofa and a large private terrace with direct access to the swimming pool. One of the bedroom with a double bed bathroom with shower and has access to the balcony. The second bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with a bathtub and has access to a balcony. The large terrace next to the living room with direct access to the swimming pool is a great place to socialize and has a barbecue, a dining table for 4 people and 2 sun lounges.
The city of Albufeira is the most touristic town in the Algarve where you can enjoy free entertainment and hundreds of bars and restaurants that make this city an ultra-dynamic and vibrant city. Garden Design, it is less than 45 minutes from the airport and close to all activities such as ZOO MARINE, AQUASPLAH, AQUALAND, GOLFS
Good bus links to the old town of Albufeira are nearby.
*According to Portuguese laws, identity card or passport data is required prior to the guest's arrival. Nightly disturbances caused by the guests are prohibited: between 09:00 pm and 10:00 am. The guests must respect the neighbour’s rest night and not cause any problems or noise! Also, during the day, music, if played outside the home, should be kept at a normal level. Not suitable for young groups, the apartment cannot be rented to a young group of adults under 21. It's for families and couples only!

Staying in this lovely place was one of the highlights of our journey through Portugal. The place is huge! Everywhere was sparkling clean, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, the pool was so good after a day at the beach. Although it's not really near the beaches, we rented with the idea to travel by car to a different beach each day, and that's what we did. You have magnificent beaches at 15 to 35 min, some maybe 45 min. Elena was really friendly and welcoming, my family and I are looking forward to a return visit when we are next in Portugal! Elena's apartment is absolutely amazing. She ensured that we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip and couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The place is modern and exceptionally clean. There's easy access to the pool area which was always quiet and well kept. We noticed cleaners throughout our stay keeping the pool area and grounds clean and tidy. We hired a car for our trip and found we could get everywhere we needed to very easily given the good location of the apartment. Resposta de Elena: Thank you very much for your review, Andrew! We stayed in this beautiful house for six days and all was perfect. Elena was really kind and tell us all that we need. She left us some fruits, coffee and other things to welcome! The house is far from the city centre, but if you have a car is great. Beautiful terrace and swimming pool. Amazing apartment, amazing pool, Bit of traffic noise, but it didn’t bother us. If possible, we will definitely return next year. Lots to do nearby, a car is recommended. Amanda This apartment is stunning! Everything is well thought out and designed - the beds are extremely comfortable, the showers are powerful, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need plus more. The large open plan living area was the perfect place to dine and relax after a long day at the beach! The complex is small with a decent-sized pool and separate children’s pool. Everyone we met was really friendly and our host really made our stay, by providing us information on the local area and making sure the apartment was stocked with some basic provisions (and some treats!).
