✅ BEDROOM: This spacious air-conditioned room has 2 Queen beds, a DOUBLE-sized pull-out bed, and a DOUBLE-sized bunk bed. 5 beds in total (2-person capacity per bed).
✅ KITCHEN: It is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, electric kettle, cutlery, plates, cups, chopping board, knife, etc.
✅ DINING AREA, LIVING ROOM
✅ A Toilet and Bath

✅ PARKING is on-site, right at your front door

2. Lubong-Nangoloan Falls / Anghalo Falls: Ten minutes away by car, this scenic waterfall is accessible by walking or a carabao ride.

3. Paper Tree Resort - Just 30 minutes away, enjoy a riverside picnic and swim in crystal-clear waters with fish!

4. Island Hopping at Pundaquit Beach – 30-minute drive away. Explore islands.

- Nearby dining options are limited, but there are sari-sari stores nearby, while 7-Eleven and the Public Market are only 1km away.

- Yes! Bring ALL the snacks, drinks, and your favorite booze. Drink responsibly!

Can we cook?
- Absolutely! We have a fully equipped kitchen — time to unleash your inner chef.
