Superb Medieval Townhouse With Valletta Views

Beach town house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Senglea, Malta

From £1,025 per week

Beautifully restored house with sea views and full outside roof space. Sunny, spacious terraces with deckchairs and garden table.

Overview

This is a spacious corner house with 2 big sunny terraces. It is located at the top of the town's promontory and has very good sea views. The house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. There are toilets on all levels. A full bathroom is located next to the bedrooms and a kitchenette/shower room is located on the terrace. The house is very comfortable and contains all the functional modern amenities for guests to have an enjoyable stay, including television with cable TV service, super fast WIFI, insect screens and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and electric hob. Bed linen, towels, hand towels, blankets, quilts, soap and a starter pack of basic food items (cheese, bread, butter, yogurts, jam, honey, pasta) and drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, fruit juice and Maltese beer) are usually provided free at check-in to guests. I will also try to accommodate any specific food preferences (gluten, lactose, vegetarian etc.) if these are indicated in advance by guests.

Late arrival is not a problem. There is a self check in keypad right outside the main entrance. Booked guests will receive an access code which will enable them to gain entry at any time, 24/7.

EXTRA CHARGE FOR ALL BEDROOMS
Please note that an extra charge of EUR 30 per day will be applied if all 3 bedrooms are required for groups of 4 persons or less. This applies for bookings made as from 01 January 2022.

I restored this house in 2018, taking care in keeping its original features such as its original medieval arches and Maltese balcony. It's one of the few in this historical city with a spacious floor area and grand sunny terraces with sea views. There's all the elements I wanted i.e. space, height and light. In fact, I fell in love with it the moment I walked in and yes, I would live in it myself too if I had to. I spared no expense in restoring it because it was intended as a quality place to live in. So, if you stay in it, you will be able to get a truly "Maltese" experience by staying in a typical townhouse but with modern amenities. Hope you like it just as much as I do!
