The apartment has Two bathroom including shower and one en suite shower with WC in the main bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a 4 ring stove, a toaster, wash hand basin and a microwave. Linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided and changed weekly. Ceiling/Standing fans are provided (at no extra charge) and TV with basic cable TV channels is present in the living area.
These self-catering apartments are on ground floor each with their own sun patio and garden furniture for one to enjoy his daily meals outside. The communal swimming-pool which measures 8m x 4m, can be found on the same level as the apartments, making these holiday apartments suitable for families with children.
Free WiFi is available throughout the Villa and a washing machine is available without charge for guests staying at the Santa Maria Villa. Weekly Linen and changing of towels are provided to our guests.

Myself and two friends really enjoyed our stay in Joseph’s apartment. It’s a nice size, was very clean when we arrived and the private area and pool were particularly lovely. The area is really nice. About a 10 minute walk from plenty of shops and restaurants, bus stops and a lovely quiet beach. The air conditioning takes Euro coins but is very effective and lasts for hours. The fans do a good job too. One thing to be aware of is there are fewer amenities at Joseph’s apartment than other air B and B’s I’ve stayed in. No toilet roll and a mop to wipe down the shower / wet room would have been good, plus the main bed was creaky. But overall this really didn’t matter. It was a lovely stay, Joseph is a great host and I’d definitely recommend the apartment and area.
Great apartment, within walking distance from a supermarket and bus stops to Valetta, Mellieha Bay, Gozo ferries etc. There is also free parking outside the apartment. Air con is around €1 per night and the pool is shared with only two other villas so much better than you would get in a hotel or larger apartment complex. We fully enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Great hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay at Joe’s apartment! Everything was as described. Its a nice an quiet place, close to the busstop, shops and restaurants. We had a good time in malta and can recommend Josephs apartment.
