This Two bedroom Villa-apartment has private terrace, outside furniture tables and chairs, for our guests to enjoy their meals outside. The attractive swimming pool area includes a sun-loungers.
The apartment has Two bathroom including shower and one en suite shower with WC in the main bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a 4 ring stove, a toaster, wash hand basin and a microwave. Linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided and changed weekly. Ceiling/Standing fans are provided (at no extra charge) and TV with basic cable TV channels is present in the living area.
These self-catering apartments are on ground floor each with their own sun patio and garden furniture for one to enjoy his daily meals outside. The communal swimming-pool which measures 8m x 4m, can be found on the same level as the apartments, making these holiday apartments suitable for families with children.
Free WiFi is available throughout the Villa and a washing machine is available without charge for guests staying at the Santa Maria Villa. Weekly Linen and changing of towels are provided to our guests.

Just home from a wonderful few days in Malta, magical place! We stayed in two bedroom apartment which exceeded expectations, lovely, clean and spacious with everything we needed. The Villa is in a quiet area, only the sound of crickets and no traffic noise. The pool is gorgeous, clean and big enough to relax and enjoy. Bus stops , supermarket and shops a five /ten minute walk away and half an hour or so into town. Mellieha is hilly so might not suit everyone, but it's downhill to beaches and easy buses back. We very much enjoyed visiting Church, grotto and Air raid Shelter in Mellieha..... definitely worth a visit! Thanks to Joe and Lourdes, a wonderful base for exploring Malta, Comino and Gozo from.
Santa Maria Villa was an absolute delight to stay in with our 4 children. All amenities in place. The area was very quiet and very safe. We all felt very comfortable and relaxed there. Would love to visit again. Beautiful pool area, perfect for families of all ages. Would definately recommend this accommodation. Hosts were great and very helpful to us. Thankyou Joseph and Lourdes. X
We had a wonderful stay in the spacious appartement with great outdoor area and pool in quiet area of Mellieha.Thanks to Mr. Joseph for his kind help and information before and during our stay! He even arranged transfer from the airport and back again. It worked perfectly!
Nice appartment. The supermarket is close by (8 min). Buses are frequent (just get the app and you are good). Overall we had a pleasant stay with Joseph and Lourdes who were accomodating and reliant :)
