The apartment is the best area of St Pauls bay in the North of Malta. The apartment is brand new and also new on the market, with amazing modern finsihes and comodities. Apartment is equiped with everything you need, whether in the kitchen, a washing machine , clothes ironing, and clothes hanging to dry in the back outdooor area. Location is superb, as one of the closest beaches is literaly down the road, and also in this area there is a kiosk that provides amazing local food whilst enjoying a nice cold local beer. The kiosk offers also selfdrive and driven boat trips, fishing trips and kayak rentals. There are plenty of essential shops next to the property, such as a Pharmacy, Post Office, daily needs convenience shop, hairdresser, petshop, ironmongery , groceries, and flowershop. On the same pavement of the apartment there is a bus stop that takes you to, the further northern beaches, and the oposite road there is another bus stop to take yopu central and southern areas.
