Villa Romeo With Sea View, Private Pool, Garden And Parking

The villa is around 400 square meters in size and comes with a private pool, garden with a view of the sea and the coast, terraces, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi internet, and parking.

Villa Romeo is situated in Vico Equense, around 800 metres from local shops and restaurants. The bus stop is just in front of the villa, and around 10 minutes away is Seiano train station where you can catch the train straight to Sorrento and Pompei. At Seiano, you will also find a wonderful beach and the fantastic Mediterranean Sea.

Vico Equense has a lovely historical centre overlooking the sea, beautiful beaches, and above all, brilliant restaurants, pizzerias, and ice cream shops. It’s less than 10 minutes by train to Sorrento and is almost unknown to non-Italian tourists.

Near the centre, climbing the slopes of Monte Faito, are 13 country farmhouses where the locals stop off for a good pizza or a large lunch. But if you’re more of a lover of the nightlife, you’ll prefer to head to Marina de Aequa in the summer season to tour the “baretti” and restaurants by the sea shore.
For a comfortable stay at Villa Romeo, we recommend that you have a vehicle. You’ll be able to park for free within the gates, and the parking area can accommodate up to four vehicles.

There are no steps between the parking area and the villa.

The villa has approximately 1,000 m2 of garden and terraces which are furnished with tables and chairs. There is also an outdoor oven for pizzas and barbecues. From every angle you’ll be able to enjoy a fantastic view of the sea, the Gulf of Naples, and Vesuvius.

THE SWIMMING POOL measures 9 x 4 metres and varies from 1 m to 2.2 m in depth. The pool area is furnished with chairs, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. From here you can enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea, the Gulf of Naples, and Vesuvius. The pool is available from April until the end of October.

GROUND FLOOR

THE LOUNGE is bright and tastefully decorated. It contains sofas, armchairs, a chimney, a piano, a table for ten people, and a satellite TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The room is also fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the lounge you will have access to a large veranda equipped with tables, chairs, and an oven for pizzas and indoor barbecues with a gorgeous view of the sea.

THE KITCHEN is modern and fitted with a four-hob gas stove, a table for six people, a microwave oven, an espresso coffee machine, a juice maker, electric oven, a large fridge-freezer, an electric kettle, a toaster, and other small appliances.

THE FIRST BATHROOM is a small lavatory containing a sink and a WC. Here you will also find the laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

FIRST FLOOR (accessible via an indoor staircase of 16 steps)

The bathroom is fitted with a sink, WC, bidet, shower cubicle, and hairdryer. From the bedroom you will have access to a small private terrace furnished with a table and chairs. Here you can enjoy a view of the garden, swimming pool, and the sea.

THE SECOND BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed and television and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains a sink, WC, bidet, shower cubicle, and hairdryer. From the bedroom you will have access to a small private terrace furnished with a table and chairs. From here you will have a view of the sea.

THE THIRD BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed (on request this can be converted into two single beds) and a television. The room is also fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains a sink, WC, bidet, shower cubicle, and hairdryer. From the bedroom you will have access to a small private terrace furnished with a table and chairs. Here you will have a view of the garden, swimming pool, and the sea.

THE FOURTH BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed, a double sofa bed, and a television. The room is also fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains a sink, WC, bidet, shower cubicle, hydromassage bath, and hairdryer. From the bedroom you will have access to a small private terrace furnished with a table and chairs. Here you will enjoy a view of the garden, the swimming pool, and the sea.

Important things to know

• Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
• Damage deposit: 1.500,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
