THE SPACE
The unique draw of this apartment is a truly charming interior, much like the whole experience provided here for our guests. The moment you enter the place, a rustic living room, a dining area, a kitchen and a separate fireplace set a relaxing ambience resulting in a delightful blend of appeal and style .
A rather quick climb upstairs, reveals two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a large balcony overlooking the verdant countryside.

GUEST ACCESS
It's all yours! You will have access to the whole apartment and a large terrace, both inside and out with outdoors furniture.

We will meet & greet you and remain a short distance away if you need us. We will also support you during your stay with us providing local knowledge and recommendations, to make sure you take the full advantage of the amazing offer from the area.

BEDROOMS: 2
Sizeable two bedrooms are situated on the second floor.
Bedroom 1: Queen bedroom that intrigues with traditional paintings displayed on the walls, has a double bed (200x170 cm) sensibly converted to two single beds if need be. A wardrobe closet, a dresser, two seating chairs and a view on the garden.
Bedroom 2: Tastefully appointed, providing comfort, peace and privacy, the second bedroom has a double bed (200x180 cm), converted to two single beds if need be, writing table with small adjustable mirror, a cabinet and a seating chair.
Comfortable extra beds with great mattress are added as needed.

BATHROOMS: 2
Two bathrooms available, one on each floor.
The ground floor bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bidet, large mirror and the convenience of a washing machine. Towels provided as well as free toiletries.
A colourful second bathroom is located on the top floor. Bathtub with shower, a large mirror, bidet & a window. Hairdryer, towels & toiletries provided for our guests.

KITCHEN
Over in the kitchen, you’ll find everything needed for the mealtime, including a dishwasher, a fridge, oven, Moka pots, a toaster, and cabinets stocked with cutlery. Rice, pasta, sauce and condiments are provided to get you started on your Italian culinary journey.
With all the comforts of home, traditional and functional kitchen adjoins the dining area and a living room.

LIVING ROOM
Grab a book and sink into modern thearmchairs, or stretch out on the velvety sofa facing the fireplace. A radio can be provided upon request.
Adjoined dining area boasts large windows with Langhe vineyards views.

GARDEN
Thousand square meters of pure nature and recreational space are the centerpiece of this property.
Shared with the apartment next door, the outdoors is all about hills and vineyards of Langhe. Enjoy!
Your host also lives in the hamlet and on request will supply in your accommodation a delicious breakfast consisting of homemade cakes and jams prepared using old and genuine recipes.

If you need more room or this property is already booked please contact us about renting our larger house in the hamlet called Ca dra Topia (the Grape Pergola House ).

In the grounds of Cascina Bricchetto you will find a covered area for eating outside, a covered parking area and various toys for the children e.g. swings, sandpit, rocking horse, skittles. From the house you can take many quiet country walks along the small country lanes.

Only a few kilometers away you can discover the historical towns of Asti (renowned for the September Palio), Alba ( a medieval town full of towers and arcades, famous for the truffle fairs in October), Bra ( home to the Slow Food movement) and Cherasco; not forgetting the various wine castles of Barolo, Grinzane Cavour, Magliano Alfieri, Govone etc.
The beautiful city of Turin, which is full of museums, ancient buildings and historic cafes, is located about 70 km away and can be reached by train from the railway station of Asti.
The sea and the coast of Liguria are about 100 km.

The area is excellent for activities such as hiking, horse riding, tennis, golf, swimming, visits to museums and concerts. In the summer the area is alive with local festivals based on food and wine. The area is renowned for its food – specialities include truffles, chocolate, hazelnuts. Visits to local wineries or to small producers of cheese, salami or sweet delicacies can be arranged on request.
