Located in the Borgo, “Podere Pascianella,” this quiet villa is perched up on a hilltop overlooking Montisi and within walking distance of the medieval village of Castelmuzio. This villa offers stunning and panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside, including the UNESCO World Heritage site of Val d’Orcia, which provides picturesque sunrises and sunsets. A peaceful paradise as you enjoy your morning coffee or dine Al Fresco with a glass of wine. Your opportunity to enjoy the true Tuscan way of life, “La Dolce Vita."
Enjoy your own large private garden surrounded by the beauty of nature while you overlook olive trees, pomegranate trees, rosemary, and sage bushes. It truly is a peaceful paradise, where you can sit amongst the olive groves or relax under a large covered terrace. Experience outdoor dining in the Tuscan hills and a comfortable sitting area to relax and enjoy the day.
Inside has been tastefully renovated to maintain the Tuscan characteristics. Wifi and Air conditioning are offered throughout the villa as well as a washer and dryer combo for your convenience.
The open living space offers a “Chef Style Kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. Enjoy reading a book by the fireplace or relax while watching the wall-mounted Smart TV.
Enjoy a peaceful night’s rest with the cool Tuscan breeze as the sunsets in one of 2 bedrooms.
The “Olive Room” provides great views of the medieval village of Montisi. Relax in the large king-size bed or watch your favorite movie on the wall-mounted Smart Tv.
The “Poppy Room” provides a tranquil garden view. Lie in comfort with a king-size bed as well as a separate single while you listen to the chirping birds as the sun rises.
Both rooms provide their own bathroom with all linens and towels provided so you can enjoy your stay in comfort.
Located in a private gated borgo which offers your own private parking. Perfectly situated in the Val D’Orcia region, you are located only minutes away from well-known towns such as Montalcino, Montepulciano, and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Pienza. Take a beautiful drive through the hills of Tuscany enjoying the cypress trees. Head to a local winery to taste the wonderful wine this region has to offer or visit a local medieval village strolling through the streets and visit the shops where they offer handmade artisanal items and fresh local products.

“Tranquil & Peaceful ... UNBEATABLE VIEWS” Reviewed 1 week ago for a stay in October 2022 Beautiful renovated, clean, updated property located in the Tuscan hills. What more could you ask for!!! Travelled with my husband, both in mid 50's from Canada to Italy in Sept/Oct 2022. This was our final stop and boy it did not disappoint. This property is located "IN" the Tuscan hills. The views are simply breathtaking. It was super quiet and peaceful which was quite welcomed after spending time in Palermo, Naples & Florence. The villa itself is by far the nicest place we've ever stayed in while travelling throughout Italy. FULLY equipped with anything you could need. TV's in main living area as well as both bedrooms, kitchen is ultra sleek and modern, king size bed's in both bedrooms which is simply unheard of in Italy. Air conditioning another HUGE plus. Washer AND dryer is very unique as well (all the other places we stayed only had a washer so I had to hang our clothes to dry). We spent sunrise sipping espresso & cappuccino on the covered patio area and the evenings we dined "al fresco" at the lovely table and sipped wine while watching the sunset. PERFECT end to our Italian adventure. HIGHLY recommend. Hosts were super easy to reach and helpful with any questions we had. Date of stay: October 2022

Originally from Canada, our dream was to purchase a home in Tuscany. Throughout our journey to find the perfect home, we agreed that the view was a must-have. We wanted to have a view that was breathtaking and that we could have those panoramic views. When we found this home it had those views and one surprise was that we were astonished at how beautiful the sunsets were. Every night we experienced a different sunset and each one was more beautiful than the other. We decided to name our home Casa Ora d'Oro meaning "Golden Hour". We want to share the experience and feeling that we had for the first time and still have today. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do and experience the same wonder and beauty that we do. We are situated in a peaceful and tranquil location with the ability to immerse yourself in nature. While being in what we feel is the most perfect spot in Tuscany, we are located just over a couple of hours from Rome and a little over an hour from Florence. You can reach Pienza, Montepulciano, and Montalcino within minutes. Enjoy all the wonderful things Italy has to offer while still being able to live like a local. We offer a typical and traditional Tuscan experience while still having access to modern amenities such as Air conditioning, Dishwasher, Wifi, Washer, and Dryer. We want you to spend your time enjoying and experiencing Italy.
