Todi has a strong gastronomic legacy where you may enjoy traditional and healthful Umbrian foods and its fascinating past. If you wish to venture further afield, reaching the Mediterranean shore in the west or the Adriatic in the east takes less than two hours.

The villa, restored in the traditional Italian style, has exciting and elegant features such as beamed and brick domed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors, stone walls, whimsical chimneys, arched doorways, and wooden-shuttered windows.

All of which are complemented by the stylish furnishing and decor throughout. The ideal designer kitchen is unmistakably from a glossy magazine.

The main home sleeps ten people in four bedrooms, all of which are en-suite. One of the bedrooms contains a single-day bed with a pull-out trundle bed that sleeps an additional two guests.

The lovely annexe is a stone home that sleeps four people in two bedrooms and has its bathroom. In addition to a very comfortable main room, the unconventional layout includes many sitting and leisure sections.

The gardens are breathtaking. There are meticulously kept lawns lined with cypress trees, banks of lavender and rosemary, and colourful flora, with the bonus of a vegetable garden for your use.

A large patio with a shaded section is ideal for al fresco dining and taking in the breathtaking views and sunsets, while the lower garden surrounds the gorgeous infinity pool.
