Independent stone country house surrounded by 3480 sq m land and garden. The house is completely independent, has its own gate and entrance. The front of the house has a porch with patio that overlooks hill perched Todi. The property is 100% fenced.
Pool
12 x 6 meters with arched end (stairs). Gradually descending from 1 to 2 meters deep. Open from May 1st through September 30th – depending on the weather.
10 Km from Todi, 4Km from the nearest village, coffee bar, grocery and restaurant, 15 Km from the E45 highway exit.
Inside
House 125 m2, sleeps 8 + 1 foldable guest bed + 1 cot/crib for small children.
Ground Floor: Small living room with fireplace and direct access to the porch and the pool area, kitchen (see below), 2 bathrooms (WC, bidet, sink, shower), 2 double bedrooms (kingsize).
Loft: 2 double bedrooms (kingsize) (adjoining – see drawing below). The last bedroom has also 1 foldable guest bed + 1 cot/crib for small children. Separate laundry and storage room
Kitchen
Oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster. Not big but everything you need.

Everything included.

Fast satellite-internet w. WiFi (rare in Italy!), Smart-tv, Blu-Ray/DVD, Playstation (old PSone), Stereo with cd + minidisc, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and barbecue/grill. Plenty of books, guide-books, games, maps and cartoons.
Prices includes: linen, internet, utilities (not off season though) and final cleaning. No added extras of ANY kind!
