Relaxing at the swimming pool overlooking the valley. Close to nice restaurants and Pitoresque villages to visit. Villa Primavera is the perfect getaway ideally located to Rome. You can go to Rome by train within an hour. In the evening you can bake your own pizzas in the pizza oven on the terrace. The picturesque village of Stimigliano is within walking distance from Primavera. The supermarket is a 10 -minute drive by car. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Of which 1 private house next to the house where you can sleep with 2 people with your own bathroom. Ideal for grandpa and grandma or teenagers for some more privacy.

The pool is exceptionally large (15x7 meters!) And there is plenty of room to sit and lie near the pool or the other terraces. The sun beds by the pool are wonderfully comfortable. Freedom and tranquility ..... The house has comfortable beds and is fun and cozy. The living room has a fireplace. There is a terrace in front of the house. Next to the house is a terrace with pizza oven and BBQ. 65km from the Airport of Rome.
From the village you can take the train to Rome (1 hour).
The house and the swimming pool are on the sunny southside. Because the house is built against the mountain with thick walls, the house stays cool and pleasant also in July and August. There are AC units in all the bedrooms and the living room/kitchen.
