Beautiful big Tuscan villa located in a small lively village of approximately 300 people. It is located about 8km from Castelnuovo di Garfagnana in the Province of Lucca. The area is relaxing with little less tourists compared to other areas which makes it a fantastic authentic Italian holiday destination.
The center of the Garfagnana region is the lovely and lively town of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana with many cafes, restaurants, shops etc. From there, there are numerous nice small villages scattered around the area proving more restaurant options for guests to explore. The area also have fantastic hiking tracks, mountain biking etc to offer. The villa itself is situated in one of these small villages and also has a cafe, bakery, butcher shop and a restaurant. The villa has 6 bedrooms in total in three levels. T

here are 3 bedrooms, lounge room and a bathroom on the top floor. There are 2 bedrooms with a direct access to the side veranda, bathroom, kitchen and a dining room on the first floor and 1 bedroom with a bathroom on the ground/garden/pool level. The villa offers beautiful views and has a large private garden, 11x 6 metre swimming pool, BBQ and a free WIFI internet connection.

It is a great base to not only explore the local area, but also the famous sites of Tuscany and the Ligurian Coast. For example Lucca is a 50min drive and Cinque Terre 2 hours away.
