Nicolo's Home is situated covers an area of 65 m² on the ground floor, with no internal stairs. It consists of a charming living room with a comfortable sofa, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, a modern bathroom shared with potential other guests, and an outdoor veranda. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, making it perfect for a small family, a couple, or a group of friends seeking an escape from daily stress.

The house has recently been renovated to be charming and bright, furnished with care to create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for our guests. At your disposal, you will find Wi-Fi with fiber-optic connectivity (up to 2.5 Gigabit/s speed), a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, kitchenware, plates/glasses, oven, and fridge/freezer with a convenient table. The shared bathroom features a spacious shower, bidet, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

The flat is located in a peaceful and residential area with the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. You can get to Poetto beach with a 15 minutes walk which takes your through the pedestrian sidewalk adjacent to the salty lake, where you can enjoy the presence of pink flamingos. Parking is free outside of the property and public transport bus stops are all within 5 minutes walk.
