It is on the main floor in the property and is air conditioned it consists of a beautiful entrace hall with a magnificent fireplace , a bright dining room, a living room with wide screen TV , large and comfortable double bedroom , fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower and bathtub. The wide fireplace area has been turned into a cosy alcova with double bed..a real , private and complete bedroom.

French or english wall-papers and gracefully fresco painted ceilings in every room.

"Roxane"enjoys an outdoor space as well , a private , large equipped lawn overlooking the sea with loungers, table ,chairs and bbq.
