The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with elevator), was completely renovated in 2014, it is located in a great location between the Navigli and Porta Genova and between the Darsena and St. Augustine place. It's very nice, is characterized by its extreme brightness and details (The cieling is in original wood painted in white). It has double glazing windwos, air conditioning and mosquito nets in all rooms. The apartment is 50 square meters and opens onto a living area which offers a nice sitting area, furnished with a TV, a white leather sofa, a bookcase and a table for four, has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwashers. From the living area it leads to a disengaging that includes two single foldaway beds. The disengaging opens, on the one hand, on a beautiful double bedroom (twin beds if required) with a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers, and on the other side of a bathroom with shower and small bath. The flooring is ceramic with parquet effect, while the bathroom is covered with colored tiles with floral decorations. In disengaging the two single beds can be extracted either individually or in that both to form a bunk bed; during the day they can be conveniently closed to save space.
