Villa Raffaella With Private Pool, Sea View, Parking And Garden

VILLA RAFFAELLA is a charming two-storey villa for 6 people. You’ll enjoy an unforgettable view of the sea, the Galli islands and of the Gulf of Salerno from the villa. Villa Raffaella has a total area of about 130 square meters and has an Infinity private pool, private panoramic terraces, a private garden, parking, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi.

The villa is located in a lovely quiet area, 2 km from the town of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi towards Nerano. You reach the villa down a dirt track of about 900 m. The open spaces in front of it are the property’s stand-out feature.

Just 5 km away, you’ll find Nerano, with its beaches and renowned restaurants, and Massa Lubrense with its small distinctive old fishing port. Sorrento is just over 9 km away.

The closest restaurant and a grocery store are just 1.5 km away, and 800 m away you’ll find the SITA bus stop with services running between Sant'Agata, Massa Lubrense and Sorrento.

You will need a vehicle for a comfortable stay at Villa Raffaella. You’ll be able to park for free on the premises in a private parking area, where there is room for up to three small cars (Fiat Punto or smaller). Access to Villa Raffaella is via a narrow road which is not suitable for large SUVs, campervans or caravans. We recommend a small car.

There are no steps between the parking area and the villa entrance.

THE PRIVATE INFINITY POOL measures 6 x 4 metres and is 1.30 metres deep. The pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. You’ll be able to enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, the Gallos islands and the Gulf of Salerno from the pool. The pool is available from early April until 31st October.

THE PRIVATE GARDEN is full of olive trees, carob trees, lemon trees and ornamental plants, and is lovingly maintained and cared for. It also contains a ping-pong table. You’ll be able to enjoy a fantastic view of the sea from the garden.

THE FIRST PRIVATE TERRACE is paved with typical Massa stone, shaded by a distinctive wisteria pergola and is equipped with a table and chairs. Here, you’ll also find an outdoor kitchen equipped with a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, all carefully built using local stone. The oven may only be used under the supervision of a pizza maker. From the terrace, you’ll be able to enjoy a view of the sea.

THE LAUNDRY AREA contains a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

GROUND FLOOR

THE LOUNGE is cosy and contains a sofa, armchairs, a Smart TV and a computer. The room is fitted with heating. This room has access through a French window onto the first terrace.

THE KITCHEN is fitted with a four-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a moka coffee pot, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a dining table for six people. The kitchen has access through a French window onto the first terrace with a sea view.

THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a queen size bed (on request can become two single beds) and a TV and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. Access is from the corridor.

THE FIRST BATHROOM contains a sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and hairdryer. Access is from the corridor.

FIRST FLOOR

THE SECOND TERRACE is about 25 square meters in size and is covered by a bamboo pergola. The terrace is furnished with an outdoor table and chairs. You’ll be able to enjoy the view of the sea from here.

THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a queen size bed (on request can become two single beds) and a TV, and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. This bedroom has access through a French window onto the second terrace with sea view. Access is from the corridor.

THE THIRD BEDROOM contains a queen size bed (on request can become two single beds) and a TV and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. This bedroom has access through a French window onto the second terrace with sea view. Access is from the corridor.

THE SECOND BATHROOM contains a sink, toilet, bidet, jacuzzi and hairdryer. Access is from the corridor.

Important things to know

• Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 5 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
• For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied.
• Heating not included. Will be charged 100,00 Euros per week of use to be paid on site.
