CASA TATANO is a splendid house with a wonderful view of the sea, located in Marciano, less than 3 km from Massa Lubrense. It covers the entire ground floor of a two-story villa, is over 150 square meters in size, and can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa also has a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a garden, and parking, as well as air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi internet.

Casa Tatano is situated in Marciano, a small village, about 5 minutes by car from Massa Lubrense and less than twenty minutes by car from the famous town of Sorrento. The house boasts the perfect location for easy access to the surrounding towns such as Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples, and the islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida.

The centre of Marciano is less than 1 km away, where you’ll find a tobacco shop, a minimarket, and the bus stop for Sorrento. The closest beach is the famous Captain Cook bay, around 2 km away, where you’ll also find fantastic restaurants where you can sample the best local dishes.

The closest supermarket is in Massa Lubrense, about 5 minutes away by car.

To stay at Casa Tatano, you will need to have a car. You can park on the street in front of the house for free and it’s not necessary to reserve a parking space.

From the parking area, access to the property is through a gateway and there are no steps.

Casa Tatano covers the entire ground floor of a two-storey villa. The first floor of the villa is occasionally occupied.

THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL measures 9 x 3.5 metres and is 1.2 metres deep. The area around the pool is equipped with sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. You get to the pool from the terrace, down 10 small steps.

IN THE GARDEN you will find lemon, orange, and olive trees. The garden is next to the pool area.

THE TERRACE is equipped with sun loungers, sun umbrellas, sofas, a barbecue, and coffee tables. Here there is also a table and chairs for six people where you can eat together whilst enjoying the fantastic view of the sea.

THE LOUNGE contains a table and chairs for eight people, a sofa, a television, and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. Here you will also find the kitchen area. The kitchen is fitted with a five-hob gas stove, a fridge-freezer, an electric oven, a microwave, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. From the lounge you will have access to the second terrace via the French windows.

THE FIRST BATHROOM is fitted with a shower cubicle, bidet, sink, and WC. Access is from the lounge.
A corridor connects the three bedrooms. Air conditioning is installed in the corridor to keep the rooms cool.

THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a double bed and has a window facing out onto the second terrace.

THE SECOND BEDROOM contains two single beds and has a window facing out onto the second terrace.

THE THIRD BEDROOM contains a double bed and has a window facing out onto the second terrace.

THE SECOND BATHROOM is fitted with a shower cubicle, bidet, sink, and WC. Access is from the corridor.

THE OUTBUILDING contains a room with a double bed and television and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The room also has an en suite bathroom with a sink, shower, WC, bidet, and hairdryer. Access is from the pool area.

Important things to know:

• Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
• For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied.
• Heating not included. If requested will be charged 4,00 Euros per cubic meter of use to be paid on site.
