Holiday House Case Quattrocchi - Stromboli Levante

Luca was a really great host! We had a wonderful stay at one of his appartments. You have the greatest view over Vulcano on the whole island right from the kitchen!!! We will come back for sure!

My time at Lucas home was incredible. The appartment is an extraordinary place to relax, come down and to let it flow. The view to Vulcano is amazing and you can lay down under the stars all night long. You don’t really need a car to Quattrocchi. The bus is good connected (station infront of the area) and near the appartments exist little stores to get main stuff. It’s a perfect place to start hiking (Luca can offer good tracks) and swimming (going down about 25min/ up the hill a little bit more, but it’s worth it)! I would recommend it in anyway. You won’t regret it!

First of all: It was awesome! Luca was a gorgeous host. He helped us with our way to Lipari and picked us up on the island. Even if he was not able to bring us back to the port on our departure day, he organized us a ride back to the port. In general he was always around without being obtrusive at any time and gave us a lot of helpful hints and tricks for Lipari and the other islands. The apartment and the estate itself is very lovely and relaxed! In our Stay of 7 days we spend 2 days of just chilling on the terrace. You can really tell that Luca and his family put a lot of heart in this little piece of paradise. The Location is very quite with an awesome view. The little Bus Stop is directly in front of the house where you can find one Liparis viewing points. It only takes about 5-10min down to the city. There is also a lovely beach around that has a little bar but is quite empty. It's a little hike down there but it's worth it. If you need to go grocery shopping theres also a tiny supermarket up the hill with fresh local fruits and veggies. If you want to go to the supermarket or the beach make sure to ask Luca for the shortcut. In general its easy to take the bus on Lipari but there are a lot of people with scooter or cars, so make sure to bring your driver's licence. We would definitely come again our recommend it to friends and family. Thank you Luca!

La vista dal terrazzo è senza ombra di dubbi il non plus ultra della casa. In 5 amici non abbiamo avuto problemi di nessun genere per spazi o altro. La casa è situata in un punto davvero tranquillo dell’isola e, in macchina o motore si arriva in 10 minuti nelle diverse zone dell’isola. L’ampio spazio esterno consente di godere del meraviglioso paesaggio e di cenare fuori in perfetta comodità. Barbecue ottimo per grigliate e casa completa di tutti i comfort necessari. Posto perfetto per amici che vogliono godere della natura e della tranquillità, ideale per una coppia che vuole avere privacy e tranquillità.

Vista mozzafiato e tramonti indimenticabili... il tutto accompagnato dalla grande disponibilità di Luca e dall'impagabile sensazione di quiete che ci accoglieva ad ogni nostro risveglio! Soggiorno consigliatissimo!

La casa di Luca si trova in un punto davvero speciale di Lipari! La vista su Vulcano è ipnotizzante, davvero bellissima! Luca è stato un bravissimo host! La casa si trova all’interno di un complesso di diverse case, la quiete e la tranquillità sono interrotte solo dal canto delle cicale! Lipari è un’isola tutta da scoprire e ideale per gli amanti del trekking! Bellissimi gli scorci e le viste panoramiche sul mare e sulle altre Eolie!

La malinconia nell’andare via, spiega meglio di mille parole come ci siamo trovati da Luca. Panorama mozzafiato dal risveglio al tramonto, per non parlare delle stelle! Casa comoda e pulita, arredata con gusto, ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Già dall’arrivo al porto Luca ti fa sentire a tuo agio. Ti da consigli preziosi su come vivere l’isola lontano dal baccano. La pace e la tranquillità del complesso di case quattrocchi ti fanno sentire da subito in vacanza. Che altro dire...speriamo di tornarci presto!

This is an extraordinary property, with, what we thought, the best views on the whole island ( there is a view point on the road outside the property). The bird song was extraordinary & Luca keeps the property and extensive gardens ( his family has several properties on the ‘estate’) absolutely beautifully. We had a long chat with Grandma who happened to be visiting her house below us ( which has a pool) Although there was a huge storm whilst we were there, it was lovely to wake up afterwards to a beautiful calm morning & Luca took great care to ensure that all was well during and after the storm had passed. This is a fabulous place if you want simple, peaceful accommodation (it has great upcycled decorations which are fab) away from the bustle of the town or the mainland. You do need transport if you do not want to walk or use the buses ( which give a great tour of the island, and have chatty kind and knowledgeable drivers, and arrive promptly, even on a bank holiday)
