Overview
The Villa is located on the edge of Mt. Cofano nature reserve, one of the most beautiful maritime protected areas of Sicily. If you are looking for a villa that will allow you to live surrounded by unspoilt nature, and yet without giving up any comfort, this is perfect in every way.
The house accommodates up to 8 guests and features an elegant swimming pool 4m X 8M with sun loungers, umbrellas, that faces directly towards the beach, which is within walking distance.
The decking and terrace areas surely are the best place to enjoy the panoramic views, but you will get a great view on the coast from every corner of the garden. The landscape is particularly evocative in the evening when the sun is going down into the sea. A breath taking setting for a late swim or a Sicilian style aperitivo.
The garden is adorned by palms and Mediterranean plants, it features also a beautiful veranda, furnished with table and chairs, and an outdoor kitchen with brick BBQ and wood oven.
The house is on two storeys. On the ground floor you will the living room featuring a dining area that faces the garden, the kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs on the lower floor there are the three double bedrooms and the second bathroom with shower. One of the rooms includes a convertible sofa and a spare bed that can accommodate children or 2 additional guests. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

When it comes to the location you couldn't ask for more. The Villa is literally surrounded by unspoilt nature. The villa stands on the border of one of the most beautiful nature reserves of the island, the one at the foot of Mt. Cofano. The beach within the reserve is really close to the house, you can reach it in a short walk. There you will find a quiet atmosphere, far from the crowded beaches and perfect to relax by the sea.
The estate is next to the hamlet of Cornino, midway between Trapani and San Vito Lo Capo.
From the Villa you will easily reach some of the most beautiful beaches of the area, such as San Vito beach, Macari, or Cornino beach itself.
The whole Western coast is a sight, but if you are looking for more you can always hop on a ferry and visit the Aegadian islands: ferries depart from the port of Trapani frequently during the day.

The area is tranquil and beautiful.
The living area is good bit please supply a kettle/ coffee machine.
The bedrooms are all underground.
There is a fire safety issue which I have reported via email to Agent.
The BBQ was filthy so we didn't use it.
There was a wonderful bat display at dusk, gorgeous sunsets and so many places to visit within an easy 30 mins.
