The Villa Padronale is surrounded by unspoilt woodland , the streams that lead to the historic Tiber river, the charming medieval villages, the ancient pilgrims walks of St Francis at La Verna. If you enjoy challenging yourself to hills there is a wonderful mountain bike trail in the Alpe della luna reaching a height of 1453m, however if you prefer a gentler trail you can cycle all the way round the beautiful lake of Montedoglio, just 10 minutes from the Villa.
Luca is the sportman of the family and will take great pleasure in accompanying you on trips of any level of mountain biking.
In these lands today, we still breathe the spirit of these special pioneers, people devoted to their work and sacrifice that is today reflected in the clean facades of the houses which carry forward the traditions of commercialism and craftsmanship in the form of local production of lace, precious metals, furniture & fabrics. Even today in the narrow medieval streets of Anghiari, Sansepolcro , Monterchi and Citerna , you will discover doors of convents and austere buildings which once housed the beginnings of these ancient trades.

For many years the family has owned this large farm where we produce oil, wheat and corn. Over the years we have renovated the villa providing it with all comforts. Seven well furnished bedrooms with independent bathroom, two large rooms for relaxing, an air conditioning system for hot days and a beautiful 18x6 swimming pool where you can cool off. The country house is located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany along the Via Francigena, a land of poets and artists. The food is excellent and the quality of life is very good. A quiet place to visit the most beautiful art cities of Arezzo, Sansepolcro, Assisi, Gubbio, Siena
