Villa Senaia

This enchanting , newly renovated stone villa in situated in a wonderful, panoramic position overlooking the valley of the Val di Chiana . The villa is surrounded by olive groves and fields of grapevines and is the perfect setting for a relaxing Tuscan vacation being in the perfect position to enjoy all of the sites. Cities like Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Lucca and Pisa are all easily reachable and the general area is full of interesting tiny villages and characteristic restaurants. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a large, open plan living area, with a fireplace and a large kitchen with dining area. From here you have access to a scenic verandah, a wonderful location for al frescoe meals and a cup of coffee and a good book! On this level there is also a bathroom with shower and a twin bedded room. On the first level of the villa you have two matrimonial sized bedrooms both featuring panoramic balconies and another twin bedded room. Here there are two bathrooms , one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Please note that one of the twin bedded rooms can be made into a matrimonial bedroom on request. A large 6x12mt swimming pool is situated in the beautiful garden of olive groves offering a wonderful view of the valley below.The mosquito nets and town of Castiglion Fiorentino is easily reached on foot,the distance is 2.5 km only. IN LOW SEASON THE OWNER IS ALSO WILLING TO RENT FOR A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM There is a high chair and baby bed in the villa. Internet is with a cable. Easy walking, 2.5kms to the nearest village for grocery needs, bank, pharmacy, butcher and of course that much needed gelato!!
