Overview
Villa Patrizia is situated at the foot of Mount Pizzo Teleffio that overtops the Gulf of Castellammare.
The villa is made up of three apartments: Bouganvillea, Edera and Melograno. You can choose one of this accommodation according to your needs. The villa has a beautiful swimming pool, external shower, garden, barbeque and parking area. All these services are shared among the guests of the three units.
The house is about 1,5 km far from the city centre and 2 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare. The old village of Scopello with its famous Faraglioni is about 10 km from the villa.
The owners live in the premises and can assist you at any time, if you want.
Edera is a ground floor apartment. You may access the apartment from an open plan living room with well equipped kitchen and provided with a sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. The sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with a single bed. In the last one there are no windows.
The bathroom is with shower. The nice veranda overlooking the swimming pool is the perfect place for lovely outdoor breakfasts. Available 1 sofa extra bed
The washing machine is located in a common area and shared with the guests of Melograno apartment.

The apartment was fantastic, clean, spacious well furnished and in an ideal location. I would definetly recommend this and will be returning to stay here again. The only downside was that we had to make quiet a few phone calls top get the apartment serviced/cleaned as specified in the advert.

After booking this apartment it was a case could the pictures meet reality, absolutey! This is a fantastic spacious apartment with great views of Dubai. Everything in the apartment was spot on and very clean. I would have no hesitation in recomending the appartment to anybody. Staff at MyDubaiStay were excellant and security at Horizon were first class. The only two negative things were, it was difficult to find the apartment at first because of the road works etc... and the noise from the road (even on 27th floor) toke a couple of days of getting used to. Overall we were very statisfied.

The owner was charming and diligent, the place and the pool was kept clean, and they were careful to provide as much privacy as possible on a not very private site. The site has been carefully considered in its layout. However this should not be billed as a four-bed unit. Although the description did say that the second bedroom had no window it did not mention that it was only 1.2m wide, and with a low ceiling, making it more like a cupboard. unbearably oppressive and unuseable. Neither of our children were able to sleep in it, and I was certainly not prepared to sleep in such an unpleasant space. We had to make do with difficult sleeping arrangements throughout the week and I returned home tired. At this price it felt very unfair. Fortunately the surroundings and local beaches were good, although the incessant barking of dogs throughout the night was disturbing.
