With a private entrance, brand new and comfortable apartment in the heart of Castel di Tusa, completely furnished with minimalist Mediterranean taste.

Apartment is comprised of family room with nearby fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, wash machine,cutlery,TV.
Master bed room, smaller second bedroom,
Bathroom with shower. Central cooling and heating.
Terrace with sea view is equipped with table and chairs and barbecue.
You can reach the beach area below the Castle in 5 minutes. It is quite pleasant to go for a swim among year around.
Within 300 meters you can reach: the beach areas, restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars and ice cream places, first aid services, railroad station, supermarket.
Castel di Tusa is a small village where one can enjoy a laid back lifestyle, mingle with the locals, and partake of the local hospitality.
Great geographic location for those interested in excursions to important Sicilian tourist destinations such as Cefalu', Aeolian Islands, Taormina, Mount Etna, and Erice.
Included in price in the price: drinking water, gas, first change of bedding and towels. All other items are to be paid based on usage.
No smoking permitted inside the apartment.

An ideal holiday. Perfect apartment for us, the nicest we've stayed in during this and previous travels in Sicily. The owner, Signor Giuseppe was very friendly and sincere in wanting to check that everything was just right for us. Giuseppe even managed to understand my poor Italian. He met us at his bar/café so our check in was easy, as was our checking out. And his granita was the best we tasted in Sicily. The village was beautiful and the restaurants that Giuseppe recommended were ideal. We will recommend the owner, the apartment and the location to friends.
Una vacanza ideale. Questo appartamento era perfetto per noi, il più bello che avevamo alloggiato durante questo e precedenti viaggi in Sicilia. Il proprietario Giuseppe era molto cordiale e sincero e avevo voluto verificare che tutto era giusto per noi. Giuseppe riuscì anche a capire il mio povero italiano. Ci ha incontrato al suo bar / caffetteria quindi il nostro check-in è stato facile, come era il nostro check-out. E la sua granita è la migliore che abbiamo assaggiato in Sicilia. Sicilia. Il villaggio era bellissimo ei ristoranti che Giuseppe raccomandavano erano ideali. Certamente, sinceramente consigliamo il proprietario, l'appartamento e la posizione agli amici.

Prachtig design en schoon appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien, met dakterras, goed bed en luxe douche en Giuseppe als voorbeeldige gastheer. Weliswaar aan de doorgaande weg gelegen maar van echte geluidshinder is geen sprake. Groot voordeel is de directe ligging in het dorp met zijn restaurantjes, barretjes, stationnetje en kiezelstrand. Supermarktje op 200 meter loopafstand. Uitstekend verblijf!
A great place to stay! We been there for two weeks and it was a perfect stay. Guiseppe is one of the best hosts you can have. Always friendly, helpful and smiling :-) The apartment is very beautiful. The kitchen, the bathroom and the other rooms are very modern and comfortable. The whole apartment is fully equipped and you find everything you need. And also you have a great terrace to relax and enjoy your holiday. Not only the apartment is great... also the very relaxed city of Castel di Tusa is great for visiting the beach, for eating in the very good and local restaurants and for visiting other cities of Sicilia. We just can highly recommend Giuseppes apartment. P.S.: Giuseppe has also a very good gelateria / snack bar. You should visit it. It is only two minutes to walk.
