The 2015 building is divided in 2 easily connectable apartments plus this studio, still offering you a lot of privacy. The building is surrounded by a beautifull garden. Amazing views on the Tiber valley, Bettona, Assisi and Perugia. The furniture is a combination of antiques and handmade furniture in warm Mediterranean colors.
Apartment Espresso is a standing alone studio. The kitchen is well equipped with modern luxury, Quooker, dishwasher. Wi-Fi and satellite TV. There is floor cooling or heating plus an airco.
The private infinity pool surrounded by olive trees, you are sharing with other guests of the house (if occupied). Depending of the time of the year different fruit trees can offer you fresh fruits. Sunbeds on your private terrace or around the pool area are present. Many Italian towns and villages celebrate the feast day of their "Santo Patrono" (patron saint), which differs from place to place.
In Italy, a "Sagra" is a local festival, very often involving food, and frequently a historical pageant and sporting events: when the sporting event is a historical recreation as well, such as a joust or a horse race in costume or Armour, it is called a "paleo".
The various Sagre almost always have their origins in old country fairs.
A Sagra is often dedicated to some specific local food, and the name of the Sagra often includes that food; the array of gastronomic specialties, covered across Italy is amazing.

Fantastic accommodation! With all the comforts, a large and well-kept garden, a comfortable, spacious swimming pool with a breathtaking view! Great for a few moments of complete relaxation. 30 minutes from the main cities of Umbria! Strongly recommended!!!
Great getaway for some quiet time with nature and beautiful views! Albert's house was comfortable with luxurious amenities (heated floors, nice bathroom). The unit had everything we needed - kitchen well stocked for nice meals. Beautiful green grounds with swimming pool and views of the city. Will gladly come back another stay!
A wonderful, quiet and beautiful place with a great view. We stayed in the adorable 'Espresso' apartment which is perfectly functional and really nicely decorated. Great and worthy choice of materials and really nice kitchen. The whole property is just beautiful, planned with an eye for every little detail. The contact with Albert was also very nice. We will definitely come back again...

What a beautiful house and it is in a beautiful place where you can completely relax. The studio is small but nice, fully equipped. The pool is beautiiful! The contact with the landlord went well. There is a small drawback; for a message you are in the car for a while.

It is not big but equipped with everything you need. The finish is superb, everything has been thought of. The garden around the house is fantastic, and the swimming pool is absolutely wonderful. You can completely relax here. Landlords Albert and Anneke do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Absolutely recommended!!

We are a couple since 50 years. Anneke is a former remedial teacher and Albert is a surgeon We have a 30 years renting experience and we like to make you feel comfortable. We own the house since 2013 and have been able to build it to our own taste; a mixture of antiques and local craftmanship. The house and the 3 apartments are fully equipped and it feels like a real resort in a phenomenal place. For sure you will experience the same.
